Excellent service! All of the employees were super helpful. Ricky and Adam helped me set up my new iPhone, and everything transferred smoothly. They taught me how to work the phone and even recommended me helpful products for it. I definitely recommend coming here.

Employee did phone transfer. With port and ime numbers for simple transfer of 3 phone and I pad pro and it was done wrong he had to redo and then call Att support for more help 3-1/2 hours seriously not happy. Which should have been a 45 experience

Super friendly and very helpful! My boyfriend and I went into this store probably about 20 minutes from closing. Not only were we treated super no nicely but the emloyee working ( don't remember his name but he was from Queens, NY ) took his time in explaining everything in full detail. I highly recommend this location for all your cell.phone needs!

Purchased an IPhone 13 and the associate directed me to where the 13 cases were on display. She placed the new case on the phone for me. The next day the alarm on the phone went off 3 times. It was then that I noticed the case was pressing on the buttons and was not a compatible case for the 13. Couldn’t do anything but remove the case, as I was leaving for vacation. When I returned to the store a week later, they would not accept the case back because I did not have the outer package. They also did not offer me an exchange or store credit. I lost $40. Poor customer service. Will not return for any additional purchases12/28/2021. I received a response from the owner of the store saying he was going to “make it right” if I provided all the information to him, which I did. He never responded back. Very poor customer service

Store Mgr Odessa was great! We had a problem with our account and trying to order a new device, and she took the time to help solve both problems. She was helpful, courteous and we were very pleased with the service!

This is a TERRIBLE TERRIBLE STORE-and an AWEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS SIT HERE. The two women that were there are completely useless- rude and obnoxious-would not want to help at all. As terrible as ATT IS IN GENERAL THESE TWO REPS ARE EVEN WORST. Do yourself a favor a NEVER COME HERE -don’t get ripped off and don’t waste your time.

Nice little store. If you need help transferring your info from your old phone to a new one, they aren't helpful. Pretty good selection of phones. Nice folks. I didn't have problems transferring my info, so it all worked out.

Worst store experience. I walked in December 23rd around 4:00 pm and the employees were unbelievably rude. It was like I was bothering them and they meant to make sure I knew it. I don’t think I’ve experienced this level of unprofessionalism of ATT. I’ve been a paying customer for over a decade so I was pretty hot to be treated this way.
