Once again, saved by AutoZone. I needed a couple tools to add to my tool belt and I felt the cost was reasonable. Too bad my $5.00 reward expired before I could redeem it. I would like to see rewards with no expiration dates, as I am not a frequent shopping. You lost a star for unredeemed reward.

Not the greatest staff. Upon walking in neither cashier greeted me and then after wandering around looking for a specific product I couldn't find either cashier so I just started hollering for help an finally got assistance.

Usually I'm exceptionally happy with AutoZone but I asked for them to hold a starter and somehow it got misplaced on a shelf the guy wasn't working the next day and no one could find it so I had to go to a different AutoZone and they had it I guess communication was not between the other guys working there but I got my part after traveling to another store

Dylan was super helpful to me, he assisted me in finding a car battery for my Kia. He greeted me and asked if I needed help right away. They wasted no time in helping me and had very good customer service, everybody was smiling and it made me feel comfortable to ask questions. Frank was also nice torwards me, while Dylan was finding the correct battery for my Kia, he made small talk with me and made me very feel very welcomed. 10/10 staff, will be coming here more often.

Many of the employees do not care about you or have any empathy or awareness at all for other people. Save yourself the headache and go to other autozone locations.
