Bank of America just keeps backsliding. Stop the Insanity. Another revamp of this location no more teller they call them something else now, one not teller window and 3 employees standing around not helping people in line, it's insanity 35 minutes waiting in line in a huge building full of employees but everyone waiting on the teller who is not a teller anymore, no more security guards, and all the stupid art is done by some clown from Sanfrancisco proudly dispalyed, he we are in Florida for Pete's sake. Considering removing all of my funds from this bank if they keep up these stupid shenanigans. Get a clue BOA.

World's slowest bank. Staff does their best - they are friendly enough and polite - but idiotic layout with only one teller and someone in a suit walking around with a tablet. Their job is to tell you that there is nobody available to help. Almost every customer seems annoyed and disappointed. They do have some comfy chairs for the long wait you will have.

Because if my experience with this Branch I will be canceling my business account and I’m a preferred rewards member. Judith the manager profiled me and wouldn’t release my funds and the teller Marla wasn’t helpful. Avoid this branch for all your services it seems they have a ln ego and deny transactions.

This bank branch is notorious for having one teller working and 10 people in line. Last week I went in there there were seven people in line and no yes I said none, not one, teller behind the counter.This past week I went in and they blocked off all the Other teller stations except for two to make office space for their new “financial center. “Some simple market research, which would show whether there is a need for a financial center versus a bank teller operation at this location should have been done for this customer demographic.There are other banks in the area such as Wells and Chase, which offer far better customer service via adequate tellers available without the glitz of all the employees walking around with Apple iPads, when one teller is on duty.

Service is extremely slow, lots of employees standing around talking. Only 2 tellers helping people. 10 people in line. Gotta love it truly pathetic. Also love how they take the older people out of line. When all the younger people gotta go back to work. Great times. Time to change banks

Judith Johnson greeted me very pleasantly when I arrived with the intention of sending a FAX. She was very professional and accomplished the task efficiently. She is, definitely, an asset to this branch of B of A.

Very slow service, takes forever to get anything done in there. Schedule by appointment and you will still have to wait forever.Do not recommend banking with Bank of America, big company that does not value their customers.

Almost every time I am in their bank they are under staffed and I promise myself I am going to withdraw all of my money and go elsewhere. Trying to get anyone to answer the phone is just as bad. I have a simple question about cashing in EE bonds and no one answers at the North Port branch nor the Pt Charlotte branch. Whatever happened to pride in customer service? Bank of America sure has none.

I had a very positive experience with this branch. I got answers to all my questions and got enough support while choosing the right product for me and my family. The associates were friendly and helpful. I am 100 percent satisfied with the quality of service.

If I could give 0 stars I would.... the workers are the absolute worse. They have no customer service skills and will argue everything with you roll their eyes and ignore you while you are talking to them. They don’t help in anyway at all. So glad this isn’t my bank and will be sure no one I know will use this bank ever. I now see why there is so many bad reviews. They do t want to help or care to help anyone!!!

Worse bank hands down, understaffed is a understatement and people have to wait out side sometimes because they get backed up. You are better off going to another location and driver further to get what you need done because it will probably save you time and frustration.The staff member walking the floor was kind but the teller was a bit rude but she was probably having a bad day since there were soo many people complaining on the wait. ATM also has issues with making deposits from time to time.
