Soooo difficult to get a real person on the phone for simple transactions as closing an account. You MUST go into the location to do so. Hell, they even use AI Bots to sell some of their products over the phone. What is this country/world really coming too???? scary.

Hope you have time to wait on direct deposit every holiday, forget a live person on the phone after a certain time unless it's fraud... If you don't have direct deposit and are in the lower class you will get a fee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They were ok before the pandemic but they just suck!!!!!

Have gone to drive thru last two Saturdays to make a deposit, no cash back, just a deposit. First Saturday had to wait 10 minutes after I sent money thru the tube. This Saturday went to live teller and no one was there. Rang bell and still no one came. Is there a staffing issue, training issue? Have not had good experiences with Chase for a long time, but they do call and try to sell me stuff - that department works well!

This used to be a fine branch. The kids who work there now, don't know what they're doing, they have no manners, as if that wasn't bad enough, they get mad at you for asking for service, to the point where they literally practically kick you out. Every second word out of their mouth is "call customer service here's the 800 number" Who trains them?
