CVS SENDS ME AN EMAIL THAT WAS NOT ACCURATE. I ORDERED SOMETHING ON LINE AND WAS GOING TO PICK IT UP TOMORROW BUT I RECEIVED AN EMAIL TELLING ME THAT IT WAS ALREADY PICKED UP. I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN. I WANT MY ACCOUNT CREDITED BACK AND I WILL NOT TRANSFER MY PRESCRIPTIONS THERE.
CVS CAUSED ME GREAT STRESS. I WILL NEVER, EVER SHOP THERE AGAIN.

I’ve been using this pharmacy since 2018 and there was a point when I really hated going here for my meds. I guess they have somewhat read the reviews and are trying to do better. The check out line to the front is a breeze now, since you have the option of self check out. The lines to the pharmacy ( this is the only CVS in North Port) use to be long and never ending. In the past 6 months it is somewhat better and I’m getting the medication I want. During the COVID Period, shortages were in abundance. One thing is a must-have for my family is their line of nuts. The deluxe mix nuts, cashews and pistachios are better than many big membership warehouse brands and their raspberry cookies, chocolate covered cookies and oatmeal raisin cookies are tasty and top quality. I go here now, no longer frustrated, with all my coupons and rewards and I get better deals than shopping at discount stores. Next time you are there check out their aisle with toys, you can use you coupons for that too.

Keep getting refill calls but no longer use CVS. Went to the CVS in North Port Fl. 5 times and the lady was condescending and laughted at me. She was no help what so ever. All she kept saying is we don't have anything ready. Why am I even in their system. When CVS fills a prescription it won't allow my regular pharmacy to fill the same prescription. The attitude of this lady was unacceptable and she shouldn't be working with the public

CVS is the worst... Not just this CVS but the entire company. Every time I have to interact with them they mess everything up. Used minute clinic and had a prescription sent to CVS. Went there to pick it up and they were closed even though the website said they were open, went back the next day and they didn't have the prescription and the miserable pharmacist wouldn't help tolde I had to call minute clinic support... It's the same company.... So, I waited on hold for 15 minutes to get yet another person who couldn't help and had to sit on hold with her for 15 minutes while we waited to talk to yet another person, who then asked me for the phone number to the CVS pharmacy I wanted the prescription sent to. Don't they all work for CVS, didn't I see a provider who works for CVS. Why is this so difficult and why do I have to look the pharmacy phone number up when I entered the information for the pharmacy I wanted prescriptions sent to prior to my visit. It's only ear drops, it shouldn't be this difficult.

The pharmacy employees are super nice and very attentive. I recently changed from Walgreens, and I'm glad I did. Thanks for being so pleasant.

ER called in a prescription for my 8 year old, she had an abscess with serious infection. Never got a text saying prescription was ready like normal, so tried calling a couple times with no answer or response to a few voicemails. Finally get a hold of someone, a few days later, to be told “ your insurance denied, the doctor will need to call in another prescription or be you will need to be cash pay”. When asked about the lack of communication, why was I not called, or my first few phone calls returned, so I could get this resolved and get my daughter started on the medication she needs, the lady just said “ well we sent you a text”. I replied “ I didn’t get a text, and I’ve also called a few times with no response.” She literally didn’t say anything, just repeated that they sent a text message.

My experience both times i have used their pharmacy was great. My medication is in short supply and hard to get. They responded to my voice mail within 5 minutes of my inquiry.

DONT USE PHARMACY HERE. JUST SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND DRIVE TO PORT CHARLOTTE OR ENGLEWOOD CVS. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. THEY HAVE THE CONTRACT FOR MEDICAID SO MANY OF US HAVE TO USE CVS TO GET OUR PRESCRIPTIONS FILLED. THEY DONT ANSWER THE PHONE TO ANYONE INCLUDING DOCTORS. THEY PUT MY CHILDREN’S PRESCRIPTIONS ON PROCESSING AND IT STAYS ON THAT MUCH OF THE TIME USUALLY NEVER UPDATING. THERE ISNT 1 PERSON THAT WILL HELP AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT. The pharmacist is rude and doesn't care about the health of those depending on them obviously by the actions they have shown my family for 6 months. If I could id go to walgreens but CVS is where I have to go.

Was trying to transfer my prescriptions to a local Publix instead since this CVS is terrible. Was told by CVS that Publix would have to send a request to them on my behalf and they would be transferred. Publix sent transfer request to them twice and CVS responded that I have no refills remaining on any of my prescriptions. Funny because the labels that are still on my meds from the last time I filled them at CVS say 3 refills and 6 refills remaining. They should NOT be able to cancel my active prescriptions just because I'm wanting my medicines transferred elsewhere. Ridiculous way to operate a pharmacy and run a business. Run far away from this place!!!!!
