The shelves were empty and the line took forever for the items I was able to find. I'm not expecting much from Dollar General, but this place set a new standard of low.

Self checkout has been broken for about a year or so. Not sure why they even have it. 3 lanes, and you're lucky if someone is even behind the counter. Been going here for 6+ years, and constantly hear people sigh and grumble about the line taking forever. Idk why they don't just fix the self checkout.

This place needs to learn to maintain staff bc there is no reason I should be standing in line for 20 minutes for one item!! The self check out should be opened it’s not and the other worker is always on her phone while they got a line of 10+ people

The manager is the most rude unhappy lady I've ever met and I caught one of the employees smoking a cigarette in the store told the manager and she told me I was lying I'll drive the extra few miles and just go to Walmart

I'm leaving 3 stars because I'm not necessarily wanting to leave a rating; just a comment. Tonight I pulled up at 9:53 aware that they were about to close but needed to run in really quick for one item. There was an employee out front locking up the shopping carts. Instead of saying "sorry we are closed" she watched me gather my purse, roll up my windows, lock my car and walk up to the door.... which did not open. She said nothing until I asked her if they were closed. She then said yes. Ok fine you're closed a few minutes early, no big deal. It's just the smugness of the employee that bothered me. I work in customer service so I totally understand wanting to go home but one could at least be nice about it if you're closed early.

When we walked in we heard the manager Carrie screaming the F word in the store with another coworker talking bad about customers. The lady at the register was very nice, did not know her name but she was wearing glasses. When she called for Carrie she came around the corner screaming what and seeming bothered that she had to do her job and looked for every excuse not to service the customer.

Everyday I try to go to this place and either it's not accepting credit cards or the system's down or they just closed at 2:00 in the afternoon corporate should step in and get a new manager this one has no idea how to operate a retail store
