The manager is the most rude unhappy lady I've ever met and I caught one of the employees smoking a cigarette in the store told the manager and she told me I was lying I'll drive the extra few miles and just go to Walmart

I'm leaving 3 stars because I'm not necessarily wanting to leave a rating; just a comment. Tonight I pulled up at 9:53 aware that they were about to close but needed to run in really quick for one item. There was an employee out front locking up the shopping carts. Instead of saying "sorry we are closed" she watched me gather my purse, roll up my windows, lock my car and walk up to the door.... which did not open. She said nothing until I asked her if they were closed. She then said yes. Ok fine you're closed a few minutes early, no big deal. It's just the smugness of the employee that bothered me. I work in customer service so I totally understand wanting to go home but one could at least be nice about it if you're closed early.

When we walked in we heard the manager Carrie screaming the F word in the store with another coworker talking bad about customers. The lady at the register was very nice, did not know her name but she was wearing glasses. When she called for Carrie she came around the corner screaming what and seeming bothered that she had to do her job and looked for every excuse not to service the customer.

Everyday I try to go to this place and either it's not accepting credit cards or the system's down or they just closed at 2:00 in the afternoon corporate should step in and get a new manager this one has no idea how to operate a retail store

Place is the absolute worst. Shelves are always empty, new stock stacked still in shipping boxes, never gets put on shelves. Store often closed during business hours. Employees are rude and unprofessional. The price on the shelf is rarely the price you pay. Employees will not honor an advertised price of it doesn’t ring up correctly, even if the price on the shelf is plain as day.

I will never go to this store again. Both people on staff were using the most fowl language I've ever heard. It was disgusting!

I need eggs and tortillas I looked through the whole store and couldn't find anything the shelfs were almost empty and no restocks, Russian staff teaches American staff to say nasty things in Russian, if you ask how I know....I speak Russian. There was a puddle of water under the ice cream thing, I tried to tell the staff but they were on their phones and totally ignored me. The price tags didn't belong to the item, I wanted to buy poster paper, it said it was $1 but at the check out it said $4, then I discovered that $1 was for markers even though it was next to poster paper and the markers were at the end of the isle. Overall not the best experience at a store.

I don't stop at dollar stores very often but this one is definitely 1 of the worst reenforcing why I do not. Didn't have a pair of sunglasses so I stopped to get a pair...everything is in disarray in the store...Finally found a pair and tried to check out and literally takes 20 minutes to check out finally get the 2nd in line and the lady moves me to another line where there's 3 other people already waiting.forever
