This place was great! I went there for an Amazon Return, plus a few Amazon Trade-in devices. Everyone was extremely helpful, even helped me box up my devices I was trading in. I even made some copies while in there, as my printer is out of ink. Great experience!

A FedEx truck driver blocked me into a parking spot. I tried honking..he ignored me. He only had to move 6 feet to clear me and he had the space. I did not leave vehicle to confront him. He moved when he learned cops were called so the cops could not see true situation. By the time incident over The cops had me, a 86 year Old debilitated woman in the squad car debating on sending me to jail or or the ER... I went to ER.I am mad at rude arrogant delivery drivers blocking folk into parking spot because the delivery driver more important than individual.Note... Isn't this false imprisonment? Secondly if this reported as accident it goes on driver's record plus increased company insurance costs

The young person behind the counter wasn't very informed on what to do. I needed more tape to close the box and she didnt know if they had any more and told me to go buy some off the Walgreens shelf. So I went and found a manager and she found the tape right away.It's nice that it is in the Walgreens but like a lot of places who staff with young people they seem unable to do a simple job.

Tonight we went through the drive through to pick up our Rx, the woman cashier at the window refused twice to take our new insurance card after trying to charge us 53.00. We insisted that she run it through despite her saying it's not possible for the one she ran to be an old insurance and this a new one, she said either way it wouldn't run unless it was the most current... We again insisted on her running the new card. After he running the new card she didn't apologize for her wrong doing just told us our new balance was 8.00, BIG difference!!! I asked to speak to a male manager who didn't represent himself as such at all! The only thing he said after us explaining him our issue was it's handle now right? I'll take my business to cvs from now on!!

They have literally everything, I have used them for photos, prescriptions, Covid tests, over the counter meds, soup, gifts and etc. you will pay a little more for some stuff but there is always a compromise, the lady that works the front register is always kind and helpful, she explains to customers how to save money and how to use their ebt cards and credit cards.

I am absolutely sick of this location. I work one full time and 2 part-time jobs. I switched my prescriptions to this Walgreens more than 2 years ago because they are open until 10pm and the one on Sumter closes at 8, which is where I switched from. So of course, I get off work and go to pick up my meds and there is a sign saying they closed at 6 due to staff shortage. That started 2 years ago. So I keep thinking they will hire someone and it will get better. Its still not better. Soo many times , I get out of work at 7pm and go by to pick my meds up and they are closed early again. Then days go by and they put my meds back on the shelf and tell my insurance company that I never picked them up. They don't even bother to give a reason anymore. Sunday is my only day off. I go there to get my meds and guess what? They decided to close for the entire Sunday. I am so freaking sick of them.

I scheduled a vaccine on line as required. When I arrived there were many people in line for vaccines as well. Some had been waiting well past their scheduled time.They took my Covid vaccine card and said I could not get it back until I received my booster. I understand that things happen but it was very discouraging because I could not even reschedule. As they refused to give me my vaccine card, therefore "forcing" me to stay and wait.I was extremely upset and politely conveyed this to the person behind the counter. My concerns fell on deaf ears, she walked away, without making any comment, except to say " taking your card is our policy". You cannot have it back until you receive your shot.So although they provide a service, be prepared to wait a bit even though you may have a scheduled appointment.Most told me they waited 45 minutes to an hour.
