Not long ago I needed new battery. 86-2 DHGOLD-86-2 Haven't had any issues after installation. And it works great 👍 cranks over no problem. Just other day I went back with appointment to get new tires set 4. And there looking 👀 🚙👌 good. DESTINATION LE3 BL 225/65R17 102H 70,000 MILE LIMITED WARRANTY

The North Port Firestone staff are courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. We've always had our dealers do our service. After having this Firestone perform a couple of minor maintenance items, my wife and I chose to have all our vehicle maintenance and repair done by Firestone. Thank you.

Awful customer service. I have check engine light and dropped my vehicle here. He picked up the phone disinterested as if they didn't want the business. Put me on hold to then tell me he doesn't know if he has support because one of his tech is on PTO. I told him codes that are on check engine and he rudely stopped me and said "I'll tell you right now, we don't work on transmissions ". Customer beware.

Every time I've been there the staff has been amazing. They do their best to get you in and out. They always let you know what you need to look out for in the near future so you're less likely to be surprised by unexpected costs. BTW always get the road hazard warranty for your tires. It's saved me hundreds of dollars. I've had to have two tires replaced over the last year due to debris from the hurricanes. Cost me $30 each time.

I stop by this place with my Tesla model Y and asked them to replace TPMS, I had my own sensor, and they explain me they can't replace cos they can't program. I try to explain that Tesla model Y has BLE TPMS and this type of sensor do not need to be programm, but staff just laufing on me and let me go. So I newer touth that so big company across United States has a workers that don't know elementary. P.S. after I went to some privet tire service and young men just asked me if I have BLE TPMS he can do that for me.
