Great experiences here usually, especially with the younger girl with dark hair and glasses. She charges me a fairer rate for the simple dead ends only trim I usually get. I have curly hair and always strictly ask for just a trim without any or minimal length gone, things I’ve been directed by hairdressers to say before to emphasize my desired cut. Curly hair has a lot of shrinkage and mine already won’t grow past my shoulders anymore, so I want it as long as possible. However, last time I came a blonde woman took me. She was very friendly and quickly started talking to me about her extensions she had and not being able to managing them through a hard period of her life, etc. I’m glad she felt she could open up to me but while we she was talking a bunch she asked if I wanted face framing pieces, despite me making it clear initially what I had wanted. I agreed (reluctantly) and oh my goodness. My hair shape is STILL a mess, now nearly a year later those pieces are barely up to my chin because of this! I was previously cut a few times by a professional with knowledge about curly cuts and she did a great job and gave my hair good shape that would draw compliments from other hair professionals, but now her progress was undone. Almost all of my hair was shoulder length before, now I have these awkward chopped pieces around my chin. it sucks. I wish she just listened to my initial asks so i didn’t feel kinda pressured to say yes. Ive had my hair cut since at a better salon and she listened to me and only gave me a light trim 🥹🙏 I wasn’t sure if the lady here just wanted to charge a higher price for the service of doing the extra pieces instead of just a standard cut, I hope not. never again!!

First time at the North Port location & Kim cut my hair. She listened to what I wanted & asked questions as she cut ensuring I was satisfied with length before continuing to cut. She did an amazing job & a fraction of what I paid at a full service salon. I tipped her well because she earned it. I will return again & use Kim.
Good customer service works both ways. It begins with our attitude. Be kind & it will return to you.

I walked out because They asked for my street address and when I asked why the lady got an attitude and started mumbling under her breath about “I’ll just put in that you didn’t wanna give it” and tapping on the computer screen really hard. Um excuse me but you don’t need my address to cut my hair, and your attitude isn’t needed. Last thing I want is gapped up hair because you got mad when I refused to give you my street address.

UPDATE: Per the "owners" response to my review asking me to reach out the the customer service via email, that's what I did. Customer service then told me they would contact the owner. LOL. What a joke. Zero accountability. Bottom line, don't bring your kids here.
Lady who cut my son’s hair was rude and jerked his head around roughly. He told me it hurt. She wouldn’t speak to him or respond to him when he tried to speak to her and be friendly while she was doing his hair. Rushed through it. Won’t be coming back. This was at the location in North Port off Sumter/Heron Creek.

Molly was lovely. I enjoyed visiting with her. She was very attentive to communicating and checking about what I was looking for. I don't get my hair cut but every few years. My husband likes this location and goes often.
Requested style: Bob tapered with a little layering
Hair type: Thick, somewhat wavy
Stylist: Molly, super friendly and attentive to communicating what was being asked and checking in.

My son and I’s hair haircuts were subpar to be nice about it. the ladies working that they seem to have a little bit of an attitude. Also very disappointing that they do not offer a military discount.
I will not be returning.
A high skin fade was like a number 1 or 2 low to medium fade. I told the lady that she could take it higher, she said she wasn’t done yet however never took it higher even when she was done.
they do not have smooth even fades, a lot of lining left in both mine and my son’s haircut.
