When my local agent of 44 years went into retirement Allstate took it upon themselves to assign agents to my policies that were unknown to me and in other cities. I wanted Steve Matthew's as my agent as he is well know in town and also graduated with my sister. I made my way to his office where Lorraine was at the front desk. She took care of all my needs effortlessly and welcomed me into their office. She is originally from NY and has been with Steve over 20 plus years.
