Their thin crust pizza is great even though I love Chicago pizza. Ordering on line is super convenient and take advantage of their specials, especially their BOGO pizza on Tuesday.

This place used to be awesome but with in the last 6 months it’s gone down hill the last two pizzas I’ve ordered have been delivered an hour and a half past the the time promised and they were cold and when I call the store to talk to some one about it I can’t get any one on the phone and then get hung up on will not be ordering from this place again.

Marco's pizza is one of our favorite chain pizza places. Unfortunately, I ordered delivery, and the pizza was warmish and made totally wrong. The pizza was a thin crust when I ordered a light crust pizza. There was no garlic infused crust, and the cheese was not melty. I won't order delivery again. I'll only order pick up so I can check my pizza every time. Disappointed when usually I am disappointed when I am usually impressed.

We used to order pizza and have it delivered all the time. Then one day they decided to not deliver to our house anymore. The manager told us they did not deliver to us anymore because the store in port charlotte was closer than the one in northport , even though we live in north port. The store in port charlotte is almost four and a half miles further from our house than the one in north port. They have lost our business.

The last time I ordered from your marcos I asked for.extra sauce and when I got.home.afywr eating a couple pieces of each the.cheese and.the.other sausage, the pizzas where definitely not extra sauce that I expected. I like.it real saucy. So im hesitant to order from you guys again. Not sure if the young crew who works for you actually even care about how they a making pizzas or not.

On the last order they sent me the wrong 2 pizzas so I called and they told me they would put a credit on my account but they didn’t. So now it looks like it will be Pizza Hut for us for a while.

We preordered 8 extra large pizzas from Marco's Pizza in North Port, to be delivered at a specific time on Sunday.The delivery was hot and right on time. Everyone raved about the pizza.Thank you all who took the order, prepared and delivered the best pizza.You are the best!

I stop ordering from Marcos a year ago due to very poor customer service. Thought it my have changed ABSOLUTELY NOT CHANGED FOR THE BETTER!! Called to find out status of my delivery since it is 20 minutes past the promise time on my email receipt. Told that it has been dispatched from the store. I advised that the app was not working to track the order. Girl stated rudely "we have no control over that and hung up on me." Order was received 45 minutes after promised time and received wrong flavor of 2liter. Guess Marcos doesn't need my business.

I’ve been a customer of the North Port Marco’s for 4 years now. I have always loved their pizza & prices. Great quality & value. I do specifically want to recognize the new GM Henry. I have noticed a difference in the quality, timing & service in the short time he has been at this location. Henry is an EXCELLENT example of what customer service should be, and has clearly been a great example for the staff members. Henry needs to be recognized by higher ups! Especially in this TERRIBLE customer service world we live in now…specifically Florida too.Dietary restrictions: I can not have dairy & when I put my special instructions of no cheese, they do a great job! Only three times it has been messed up, and 2/3 times was because of bad staffing at the time.
