Went to get xray. Surprised that I had to register myself rather than the check in person. Turns out the whole process was a good experience. I will definitely use this clinic again.

Terrible customer service. I checked in online after speaking to someone to be rechecked as I’m worse than I was a week ago when they seen me. I waited an hour and twenty minutes to be called in to be told my time starts over when I get in the building. Now there is another hour and half wait. So much for an urgent care / med express. This is new MD Now is a waste of time and money.

Absolutely awful physician care. As an RN and community member, I would never recommend this place to anyone. Stick with SMH Urgent Care centers; it was a mistake to try a different place (which I did due to convenience of where I was that day as it was for my kids).

The only reason I went to MD now is because it use to be med express and I love all the staff that works there. My sister in law (Ashley) works there and Dr Guy who I’ve seen a few times now. They are both so friendly, welcoming and professional. They always take the time to listen to why I am there and they always walk me through what their plan is and the steps that follow which puts me at ease and I always leave feeling better and with a good plan of treatment. I highly recommend this specific location.

Going on 3 hours of waiting to be seen. I got here at 1020 am and there was only 10 people in front of me, everyone ahead of me has already been seen and has already left. The lobby has filled and emptied 3 times and I'm still the only one here from this morning.

If I can give zero stars I would! Absolutely the worst experience ever! Go somewhere else if you are sick. I waited 3 hours to see a doctor for a sore throat. Every time I asked when I was going to be seen I was told I was next. They have ONE doctor here!!! Urgent care is supposed to be fast and easy! You shouldn’t have to wait three hours to see a doctor in urgent care.
