Had not been in a Panera for some time. Went to the one in North Port, FL. Food was okay, nothing to say I need to go back. What bothered me most is the name on my receipt/account was not my name. I even went online to look at my Panera number and the one on the receipt was not mine. Asked the cashier and she said there were two names on my account. My Panera account only shows my name. She also said I can enter the receipt number to make sure the points get added to my account. When I got home there was no receipt number on it. It says at the top Reprint... If you are a rewards member, make sure your name is on your receipt. My points from my purchase went to someone else. Something is just very odd about this whole transaction. Pay attention to your receipt....

I’d have to say by far Panera Bread gives the best care to their customers! Especially for how fast and well prepared they make each meal! Even without being involved with a subscription I’ve always been treated kindly! If your placing a delivery through the app and you don’t receive an item I can assure you that it is not Paneras fault however it’s the curl door dashers out there that have no respect for customer service! I was very blessed to be able to speak with the manger of the North Port location, Tim Robinson which then he went out of his way to make sure my inconvenience was resolved. Tim carry’s himself very well and just by listening I could tell that he truly cares about not only his company but his customers as well! Panera is absolutely phenomenal and if your looking for a good meal always stop in the store! For all the stay at home loves don’t let the door dashers make you think otherwise of Panera because they truly work hard to make sure every meal is prepared and ready!

My husband and I walked in, no one greeted us, even with three people behind the counter. One even looked liked a manager. The young lady behind the cash register didn’t say a word, didn’t even look at us. She stood there with a hat on her head turned backwards looking everywhere but at us. We stood for a few moments thinking she would say may I help you, no one else in the lobby, but she said nothing. We walked out.

Honestly, I used to love panera and although it’s still good, the prices went up and the portions went down. We literally took a cup & a bowl and weighed it out. it’s so close to the same portion, there’s no point in the bowl. the reasoning behind it is “elders” complain about it splashing on them?? if i wanted a cup i would’ve ordered a cup, i didn’t ask for a bowl for it to be half filled . the picture displayed is a bowl..

Never had tea so bad haha. Luke warm water at best. There was a teabag in it but the water wasn’t warm enough to actually steep the tea. ?

We really like Panera but this one seemed a little understaffed. I had the Mediterranean salad which was great.The downside is that we waited about 45 minutes for our orders and the return tray area was full enough that guests were using a nearby table.The guys cooking were working hard but it looked like the orders were all for the drive-through. Maybe do a call ahead for this one.

My experience was not good! I felt discriminated! The manager was outside smoking a cigarette, and he stared me down the moment I got out my car. Upon coming inside, he returned inside and stared me down again, as if I had no right to come in and be served! I lost my appetite by then. I got a coffee only. I Will Not Return to That Panera Bread ever again, unless there is a new management that embrace people of color.

I was hoping for a quick stop to pickup a coffee.Ordered at the kiosk, then found out that I had to wait for decaf.I find this location is frequently unprepared. The staff look like they'd rather not be there. Periodically, staff are rude.

Ordered 2 coffees and 6 bagels. Not only did it take 15 min to receive bagels, no butter or knife. The best was how dirty the outside of the paper bag was covered in pickles and salad dressing. Just poor service overall. There are better locations and recommend you go elsewhere.
