“every time we come to this quest location we have to wait for at least 30 minutes to an hour even with an appointment, today we waited for 20-30 minutes and when they called my daughters name they wouldn’t let me go back with her even when she has a history of fainting every time she gets her blood drawn, she gets her blood drawn every month and they have always let me be next to her while they take her blood. the lady was a very rude russian speaking lady and when we requested a new phlebotomist she had an attitude and poked her really hard and she has now has a bruise where the blood was drawn even though it was a small amount of blood taken. We’re never coming back to this place, will rather drive a few miles further and be treated like a human. “

The process to have blood drawn was easy. Lab orders is another issue. Dr. Had to send order twice and i had hard copy standing order. They now cannot find my order.

Place was clean and staff were nice but I wish you had a Quest in Englewood. North Port is a little out of my way.

My daughter came in the get some pricing and they looked at her sheet and said, “I don’t know, a lot!” So that’s what they think of their own prices. They took one look at her and assumed she couldn’t afford it so they didn’t give her the time of day.

I tried to make an appt within 2 days from my appt with my dioctor. The appts were all booked. So i got up at 4:30am to go in when they open due to my health issues. I was hoping that i could be worked in since they do offer walk in appt. I got here at 5:45am and it is now 7:30am and I am still sitting here. I have severe anemia and have been hospitalized multiple times. This quest treats people like cattle.

The online system allowed me to make an appointment and when I got there, there is no one to greet you, I go to check in and scan my drivers license and it says that there is no appointment to be found, there is no insight as to how long the waiting list is, there is no human to talk to or have interactions with, the people come out of the back room and just yell a name and take that person in the back room. It was by far the most futuristic and impersonal experience I have had in the health care system.

I visited this place in 08/18/2024 @ 8 :30 am check in was easy, the place was clean but the Lab Tech Room 4 was not friendly or helpful. I originally had an appointment at a location they closed and I was forced to go to this location. My doctor's office had sent my information to the location that closed, so when I got there they said they didn't have my lab work order. She told me to have the doctor's office fax the order to this location. I stepped outside to make the call so as not to be rude and make the call with a full waiting room. The info was faxed over and by the time I walked back into the waiting room she called my name and when I didn't respond immediately she dumped me off the waiting list. I then had to wait to find out I needed to reregister. This lab Tech could have reached out to a supervisor or she could have called the doctors office to help me, but she was not going to extend herself. She was curt and didn't have any Customer Service Skills. Terrible treatment. Disappointed ☹️

Most of the time this place is fast-paced and chill with nice staff (this place is always clean too btw), however I had one incident where I was on the waiting list for 2 hours or so when the line was long at one point, so I was unable to eat breakfast before getting my blood drawn and therefore almost passed out on the blood-drawing table when it came to be my turn.

I had a 9:00 appointment and wasn't seen till 9:30. The place was a zoo. There were plenty of employees but too many patients. You need to find another office in Englewood FL before the snowbirds come back. Then all hell break loose. The phlebotomist who took my blood was excellent.

My appointment was right on time. I was texted to enter, and as I walked in my name was called. My phlebotomist was quick, painless and friendly, but professional.

Very easy and quick to use Quest for lab work. I did all information online and received text messages after that. Walked in, waited 2 minutes and was called back. (This was with an appointment) I was in and out in 5 minutes.

I'm am physician/surgeon in town , we order labs constantly, we always have issues with this office. would strongly recommend avoiding this location if possible.
