T-mobile is not an easy company to deal with. Local services are great, friendly and accommodating, but company support is a nightmare.

Zero stars. Can't get port out pin with authorized user. Told I need to bring back the billed to person. Now I'm back 3 people in the back room and no one comes up front to help. 1 worker is helping a customer. No other customers in the store. Waited 40 minutes to be told we can do it from the app on our phone

I know it's a phone store but my god... to get anything done takes forever. Only one person working in the middle of the day . Now make that make sense.

Let me start off by saying that this location is extremely friendly. All the sales representatives will greet you in a very speedy and timely manner. The place is extremely clean and in a nice area.My sales representative was Emily. She was extremely knowledgeable on almost every question I had. As I came from a different carrier, I was nervous about switching as we depend on technology in our daily lives. She handled all my concerns with ease and got the best deal for me. While many carriers offer promotions, I just felt as though T-Mobile had the best ones to group together to save money and maximize value.When it comes to just the pure buying experience , I feel as though many sales based employees will often turn a blind eye to many issues. At this T-Mobile I walked away as a new and happy customer and I couldn’t really ask for more going into the holidays.

Whenever I come to the store I am here at least one hour and I hate coming here. All these people care about is selling more products and want to keep you held hostage for at least one hour everything. This is due to being short staffed and their incompetence.

If I could give 0 stars, I would! My husband and I went in to switch over from Metro PCS after they increased our bill without notice. Everything was going great until we went to transfer our existing numbers to our new T-Mobile account. Jelissa threw away our Metro Sim cards and was not able to access the info she needed to transfer our numbers. So, she sent us to Metro to get a new Sim card or a transfer pin. They wouldn't give us either one. So, we went back to T-Mobile and called Metro corporate. They refused to release our info to us and, somehow, all of the password and pin info we gave them was incorrect so we were essentially locked out of our account so we had no choice but to change our numbers and pay extra charges that we didn't really have the money for. We ended up having to purchase a new phone and they threw in a charging brick at extra charge that we already told them we did not need. On top of all of this, they did not supply us with any paperwork or receipts. Absolutely AWFUL service!

I wish I could give this store ZERO stars. My husband and I went yesterday to turn in a phone after upgrading over the phone. Gave an employee the old phone, he looked up our account and said he can’t take back our phone. No option. Directed us to call T-Mobile and get a shipping label to return it our selves. After receiving no customer service, this guy has the audacity to tell us to upgrade in the store so they can earn a commission ? I appreciate him letting me know so I can continue upgrading over the phone or online and that lazy, effortless guy doesn’t make a dime off of us. I’m still curious why he didn’t ask his manager for assistance or call T-Mobile himself.Anyways, went to Port Charlotte T mobile and they were amazing! Friendly! Helpful! Took my phone back without an issue. Don’t waste your time at this location. Incompetent and lazy employees. Also this isn’t the first time I had a bad experience at this location. So this review is warranted.

Josh was absolutely amazing. You can very easily tell that his goal is to help people. A gentleman named Nick came out, ignored other customers, and told Josh to try and sell me an android watch. Josh told him no and asked Nick to go help the gentleman in need of assistance. I will be back to buy a watch, but I will only deal with Nick.

I only gave this company one star so I could write this review. T-Mobile is the most horrible phone company I have ever worked with. I did not want my husband to buy a hotspot from them, but he did anyway. They lied about having good coverage and then when we brought the hotspot back, they said oh I don’t know why they sold it to you. There was no coverage there so of course we didn’t get our money back no credit we couldn’t even cancel our account. They told me we had a customer call customer service. Ourselves. That was a nightmare. They wouldn’t give me a confirmation number that we had canceled or send me an email that we had canceled. They said they couldn’t do that and when I told him that I was going to contact corporate. They started calling me back they Musta called me 10 times the phone just kept ringing and ringing and ringing it was a nightmare. So I called the corporate number and got somebody who did cancel and give me a confirmation number but guess what here it is a month later and we got another bill. I am getting ready to call the corporate number again I just want anybody who reads to know T-Mobile is a horrible company.

If I could put zero stars I would. They don't care about you unless you buy a new phone or something. I switched my service to T Mobile and the girl was so incompetent she said it was working fine when I left. It took me a month to get it corrected. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE OR CHANGE TO TMOBILE!!!!

The rep told me they had a certain phone and once I said I dont want accessories he said he cant find the phone now all of a sudden and said you can check another store. Poor service because I didnt want to buy extra items from you. I was a manager for 5 years with tmobile recently I just left the company there is a goal they must hit for “accessories attached to the phone sale” so in order to not ruin his ratio and miss his goal he decided to forfeit the sale all together. Unprofessional. He even agreed that it is one of his goals and chuckled.

Rachel and Brittney are truly amazing workers ! GLAD that I can go to this store and get anything taking care of ! Rachel hook me up with 2 new iPhones and 2 watches and brittney hooked me with home internet and also help me fix my watch issue i had !! I highly recommend that when you go to this store request one of these two !! TEAM WORK MAKE THE DREAM WORK !
