Disappointing. Went in today trying to make it quick with my toddler, and 15 minutes of trying to find the product with no luck. All the associates were standing around and no one even came up to me to ask if I needed help. I already was coming in to return a product I bought last time that an associate that I spoke to for a 5 minutes (color shade and style) had handed me the wrong product and I didn’t double check (my bad) so this was an extra trip already. This time, when I finally came up asking for help, they barely spent a minute looking for a specific in-stock item and pointing me in the direction of a different brand without sticking around- everything was not in stock again on the shelf and I wasn’t about to go find another associate to double check for me.

Visited Ulta today and went for a quick purchase lucky for me the Tarte cosmetic line representative (Tammy) was at store and helped me with some great advice and purchases. I will definitely be back to get some tips with my cosmetics! I definitely needed an update with what i have been using.

Did a root touch up today 2/16/24 at 11 am. Didn’t know it came with so much free leftover hair dye! Almost enough for a second go!! Roots are covered so can’t give one star but the excuse for this mess was that the salon had no more color wipes. But this was after the color had sat on my face for over 30 minutes while the stylist sat on her phone and walked around aimlessly. It is also all over my neck, and scalp. She also did not even ask what shade of brown my roots were to be colored and so I guess I got black. Won’t ever be back to the salon.

We got there looking for Clinique ivory foundation which we have bought for a couple of years for my daughter. They were out of our product. I was starting to get a little Upset.We ask for assistance from the Professional colorist Danielle and found out why my daughters foundation was always turning a little orange after all day wear. We were buying the wrong shade. She is Breeze foundation. Perfect match. Wow, Danielle even show how to apply and shade. Plus she advised on cleansing and moisturizer too. Ask for Danielle she took so much time explaining each step of the process to my daughter. I had no clue what to do for Ashton.

I had never been to this Ulta before. I made an appointment for a root touch-up, partial highlight and trim at their salon. I am getting ready for my first international trip and could not have been more pleased to have Jenna as my stylist. For someone I just met she nailed it!! I’m very particular and believe less is more and she gave me exactly what I was looking for! Thank you so much Jenna!! I wish you the happiest of holiday’s and a wonderful new year!

I ordered a 120.00 dollar bottle of cologne for my husband for Christmas l was excited how fast I received confirmation that my package was delivered, but unfortunately when the UPS driver delivered my package he put the parcel locker key in the wrong mailbox so I had no way to retrieve it. I was extremely upset and called to inform them what happened the girl I spoke to Adianez assured me she had my back and would follow up with her manager to see what she can do to help. The next day I received a follow up email from Adianez to see if I was able to retrieve my package . I took it upon my self to knock on some neighbors doors and I was able to get the key to retrieve my package. Then I received another email today from Marisol ,the customer service I received from Ulta was appreciated an to be honest surprised. So I decided to upgrade my star rating from a two to four because good customer service seems hard to get these days and they showed me they cared. Thanks Ulta job well done!

I would give negative stars if it was an option. Item I wanted was out of stock and they offered to have it shipped to my home. I did that and they processed my payment at the store and then again when the item shipped. Now I am getting a line about it being a pending hold and it will drop off, but BOTH charges have posted to my bank account. I have called several times and provided my statement for proof and all I get is that they have escalated the inquiry. This is highly unprofessional and dishonest. They should be able to fix this immediately and I am now more than 12 days later with NO answers. I have filed a dispute with my bank to try to help me recover the funds as well as with the BBB. Will NEVER shop Ulta ever again.

I always come to this ulta to get my brows done, Olivia is amazing! She is always kind and makes sure to check on you with each step when getting the brows done. She is also very helpful when recommending products. She is one of the bests!?
