This place is the worst! Told me 3 different times they were really delivering my package and each time it never got delivered. I have called multiple times and they apologized and said we will send it the next day still no package and I called the office again and they HUNG UP ON ME after I was on hold for a while. This is ridiculous.ALSO what post office is only open 11 to 3 don't they realize people work 9 to 5s?

The absolute worst. I changed my address correctly 5 months ago and I'm still having my mail being sent back to the sender. My name is written on the inside of the mailbox. I'll occasionally get someone's hand writing on my mail questioning if I live at the residence. Just do your job and deliver the damn mail. It isn't rocket science..

Awful , can’t get through, had to chase after mail person to get my pkg, which stated it was due today, thank god I caught her on the next street, now waiting for a pkg that was supposed to be delivered yesterday and now no mail showed up. Ups has a new customer starting today

Apparently reading isn't something they do well here considering my neighbor 2 miles away constantly get my mail and vice versaeven though they are completely different streets. Not to mention the numerous times the lazy mail woman has bent mail that explicitly says DO NOT BEND in bright bold letters because she is too lazy to get out of the van. literally never had a worse mail service i have ever experienced. Yet you want us to trust you with mail in ballots? What a joke.

Out of all the USPSs in the area these guys are the best. Have helped me after hours a few times if I knocked or waited out back. Appreciate them more than any other local government services

How about adding to Google that this is not a retail but pick-up only place? You wasted my time.

First Post Office I have been to where you can’t mail a letter inside the Post Office after hours, very strange.

Nothing to tell you when searching that this place isn't full service. The hours are taken partly off the wall outside the front door. Specifically drove out on a saturday when it said they were open to mail an important package to my family and I wasn't able to.

I have had a ebay business for 14 years my customers purchase their products from me and wait for me to ship it out. If this doesn't happen they don't believe a postman would just not pickup. but since I moved to North port Florida 3 years ago I have never had a worse mail pick up and delivery experience in my life. I have requested multiple pickups, left big notes taped on the mailbox that read PLEASE PICKUP PACKAGES ON THE PORCH. I have raised the flag. I have talked to the mailman several times asking what I need to do. I have contacted the post office. I have went to the post office. No change. This week 4 days out of 6 my ebay packages were left on my porch. They seem to not like walking because they drop off the stuff in the mailbox but nothing that requires getting out. I spend thousands of dollars shipping because I only purchase usps labels. But I think ups or FedEx is going to be getting my business because I don't have any other choice.

Every Saturday the deliver person that goes down from Ortiz and Capilla Lane needs to learn to slow down. Every Saturday he is speeding there is no houses for almost 1-1/2 blocks he delivers to going speed's up to 35 MPH before he makes a U-turn at Capilla Ln and San Carlos Ave almost flipping the truck a few times in the ditch on the corner. There is children playing and elderly people out walking. Today he almost hit a child. This is not NASCAR slow down before you end up killing someone.
