Watched a local usps driver step outside his vehicle and pee on the road outside of the flats at sundown apartment complex around noon today. His vehicle number is 0331223, but the phone number to call for complaints is a waste of time. It's an endless loop . Deal with your driver please

I waited in line at self kiosk for 30 minutes and when it was my turn an employee went to refill the stamps. He must have done it wrong because then it stopped working. He said wait till it restarts and closed the door. I waited again and the computer never turned back on. This is the slowest location I’ve ever been too for various reasons however the employees don’t even try to help you.. just do the bare minimum and shut the door. If you work for usps you are providing mailing service to the community this employee didn’t seem to care.

For the past 4 days this post office doors have been lock so that no one cam access their po box. We run a business and his po box is where all client payments go to this is unacceptable this is messing with me being able to run my business.

I love this location. The staff is amazing, but the lines could get long, especially when the snowbirds are back.

Horrible post office delivery. Have had much of my mail placed in neighbors boxes and then the neighbors had to bring it to me. Have also received personal mail of various neighbors in my box. The mail delivery carrier often races down the road, digs ruts in the grass and leaves many mailboxes wide open. The latest incident was the carrier crammed a valuable, antique leather bound book into the mailbox. In doing so the mailbox was bent out of shape and book was several inches longer then our mail box so it hung out the opening with door left hanging wide open. Carrier was to lazy to walk it to door. We called and made a complaint and nothing was done.

I purchased a PO BOX at this location over 30 days because we were relocating to this area; in the meantime, we still had a P.O. Box at our current location. I came to find out that the same week we purchased the new one, they blocked my existing one so I wouldn’t get any mail which I figured all of it would go to our new location; well, that has NOT been the case we have NOT received anything so I spoke to my old location, and she said you should of received a letter from us for you to confirm the forwarding. I said I hadn’t received anything from either box, but with that said, why would you block my current Box if you haven't received my approval from this letter you claim I was to get? She couldn’t answer the question, and almost 60 days later, still no mail. The great thing here is no one can help you. They all have attitudes and don’t want to be bothered. On a different note, this small location seems like it has never been cleaned or will be cleaned because there are roaches everywhere, and there are visible spider webs; the front doors are full of them. The trash is always overflowing. I guess USPS employees don’t care for their customers or their place of business.

Clerk did not want to even look into the issue I had, did not want the tracking code, and just gave me a bad excuse. He said: "We don't keep anything here overnight, if you dropped it off we sent it out". Yes, right, like USPS is not notoriously known for losing packages. I'm done sending packages through USPS. I prefer to pay more and send it through anyone else. Government workers... No accountability as always.

My Oncologists office sent a letter Certified Mail, this is the 2nd time Certified mail was left in my mailbox. Certified mail is specifically for the purpose of a required signature.l am definitely not happy my doctor paid $7.82 to send a certified letter that wasn't delivered correctly.

I went in to return something and I told the man that I needed to tape up the box and he pointed me to the tape that they sell for like $4. I said something along the lines of “Really, but you have tape right there, can’t I use that?” The man condescendingly said “Well sure, this one is international and costs $20 and this one is overseas and costs $40 (those prices are definitely wrong, but I forget the actual numbers. I just know they were ridiculously high for me to ship this return).Anyway, he was just very rude and unprofessional about the d*** tape. Also, you would think that a post office would have some tape for anyone to use, right? I know that the usps is government owned and it is probably not going to change to start having free tape but at the very least this employee was fairly rude to me for no apparent reason.

I have a delayed package. There's no explanation. The Hispanic male clerk tells me there's no explanation and to go home and file a claim online. There was another clerk and I was the only one in the office. Maybe he could've handled it for me and maybe not but he was short with me and not at all concerned with this problem. So I'll go home and file my claim. I'll buy my stamps while on the USPS website. This happens allot. Clerks consistently send me to file my questions or complaints online. They'll all be crying when they're out of jobs because we all just went online.

I love this post office! I’ve been selling online for a few years and I’ve brought almost every single package to this location. Every package has arrived to its destination and I’ve had no problems. Staff is nice and they work very hard! Thank you USPS

It cost my envelope $4.55 to mail at this office. But at the Port Charlotte and Punta Gorda is only $1.16. I think she's price gouging to keep people from returning, because their always busy.
