I feel that this store has not treated me fairly!!
My spouse, my child, and I took 3 photos in this store, and we paid a total of approximately $55. They emailed us the photos, but they were the unedited originals. When I went back to the store and asked for the edited versions, the staff told me that it was not possible and that they couldn’t provide the edited photos because “that’s just how their system works.”
This is not fair! I feel like I’ve been robbed, and it’s a terrible feeling. Now, if I want new photos for my family, I have to pay another $55. That’s not fair. I paid for the service, and I want my edited photos, but they see this as my problem. I will not return to this store again.

They have gotten much better at the pharmacy, I like this store, the staff at the register are nice and knowledgeable.

The service of some employees, especially the employee Tricia (I don't know if it is written correctly) is terrible, she is unpleasant, apathetic, rude and very cold, they should give her training and educate her how to respect the coupon offers and not turn off the machine that prints the cash rewards, in addition to training them to accept that the digital coupons are to be used and NOT to get upset when someone buys and wants to use them!!!! Otherwise other stores are much cheaper than Walgreens!!!! Look at her and see how incompetent she is!!!!

The experience in this Walgreens Store is the worst on the part of the employee Tricia "She does not like to accept purchases with digital coupons from the Walgreens application and also turns OFF the Reward printing machine. I hope that everyone who does the same to her will put their complaint!!!! The store is NOT hers and the coupons are provided by the company otherwise they do not sell products due to their high prices. Kasey

If I could give this pharmacy 0 stars I would. Their staff is extremely incompetent, rude, inconsiderate and just extremely awful people to deal with. I will be switching pharmacies ASAP.

Terrible and rude to deal with. Overly busy, can't get prescriptions filled on time. Multiple issues with this pharmacy will be moving all scripts from here. If I could give it zero stars I would.

Called in because I had a patient show up without a med list and didn’t know the medications they were taking. I waited on hold for the pharmacist for at least 10 minutes. Once she got on the phone she was absolutely rude! I explained what I needed. The first words out of her mouth were “you really don’t have any idea what he’s taking?” I responded “nope.” Immediately “don’t you tell your patients to bring their bottles with them?” “I can’t control what my patients do.” She proceeds to laugh and look up the medications. After giving me a couple she states “this is going to be fast, okay? I have like 10 vaccines waiting for me.”

This Walgreens have by far have given me the most problems ever. The ladies working the front of the pharmacy are great but the pharmacist here seem like they don’t know what they are doing. Horrible customer service, medicine always on back order and when you do have an important prescription needing filled “they don’t know how to fill it”. They never update you on anything, we have to constantly call to keep up with medications that they are having “issues” filling. They will go days and weeks with out updating you until you call. It’s horrible all around and very inconvenient when some people really need medication for certain things that are highly important. Highly DONT recommend this Walgreens.

My niece has been sick for 2 days throwing up, and cannot get her medication from either walgreens in town. We got ran around, told it was filled, then told they dont take her insurance... it is gov insurance ?? I hope this happens to your kid. You are not a pharmecutical company, you are a joke. Sad when walmart can fill a perscription, and you can't.???

When it comes to getting my stuff they are on time and fast, thank you! Lately though so many different prices , a BIG difference everytime, I live here year round and I'm beyond broke after Ian and putting all of our money into house to fix and EVERY F-ING THING UP 300 PERCENT bottom line IS.... Don't side eye me when I'm out in public or think I don't know how much of anything is or being one prescription back or owed! This isn't just this one buisness I'm speaking of
ALL ,EVERYBODY ,EVERYTHING AND EVERY BUISNESS! Don't side eye me and whisper or anything!
Don't you feel the same ??!! I'm tired of judgment!

When you have some issues filling specialty medications, they may have you contact your copay programs instead of them pick up a phone to talk with program representative to solve the issue. Often it is impossible for a patient to solve billing issues by just being a middleman, but they make you play phone tag rather.

These people are rude, arrogant, and uneducated. The large female pharmacist must have been a med school drop out and abuses her power. Do not go, I have a call into corporate. I have always tried to be nice but this is the third time I was talked to like an idiot, likely due to my age. A poor guy, older than me, was in line just before me, was given the same treatment He was defenseless and slunk away. Stay away as the staff is just as bad...well, they do have one nice gal but the rest are terrible.
