Made an appointment for a covid test. Waited in line for 15 minutes only to be told that they did not have the testing kits. Wasted an hour of my time for no reason.

Nasty rude when you call the pharmacy. Act they are doing you a favor by using them when you can go elsewhere.

Horrible service. Know it all pharmacists who act like they know more than my doctor. Poor corporate decision making.

I have delt with this Pharmacy for years now. So not just a one time bad moment. The staff is ridiculous, they constantly screw up my meds they refuse to fill it when it is due I called this morning for a med that is due they hung up on me I called again this afternoon said it's be ready by 5 tried one last time and now for the 2nd time in 2 months I now have to call my Dr after hours to have her send a new script to a different pharmacy. Enough is enough don't go here they are rude and relentless. I have cancer and a pelvic fusion I literally can't move without my meds bone pain is no joke and they think it's hilarious to have me going up there 3x per day when driving causes so much pain for a med I absolutely need just to say oh we filled others orders there's none left sorry your not getting it. It's criminal and now I am looking to not just switch but to have them reported to every agency I can find

Tonight we went through the drive through to pick up our Rx, the woman cashier at the window refused twice to take our new insurance card after trying to charge us 53.00. We insisted that she run it through despite her saying it's not possible for the one she ran to be an old insurance and this a new one, she said either way it wouldn't run unless it was the most current... We again insisted on her running the new card. After he running the new card she didn't apologize for her wrong doing just told us our new balance was 8.00, BIG difference!!! I asked to speak to a male manager who didn't represent himself as such at all! The only thing he said after us explaining him our issue was it's handle now right? I'll take my business to cvs from now on!!

They have literally everything, I have used them for photos, prescriptions, Covid tests, over the counter meds, soup, gifts and etc. you will pay a little more for some stuff but there is always a compromise, the lady that works the front register is always kind and helpful, she explains to customers how to save money and how to use their ebt cards and credit cards.

Horrible. When you refill by phone, the system will tell you your represcription will be ready at a certain time, but when you go there it isn't filled. If they fill a prescription incorrectly, do you think you receive an apology for wasting your time never mind putting you at risk of taking your medicine incorrectly? No, but they do tell you it will be 30 minutes or more to give you the correct prescription. The pharmacy hours change constantly. Even this Google listing has incorrect hours.

They hate their customers at this point and it's the corporations fault. The staff is overworked and burnt out, obviously.

Please pay Attention Don't use this Store..last week I went to pick up my medication that I have to take every day, it's very expensive so I get it in daily doses because that's all I can afford..I went to fill my meds they had me wait about 45 minutes and then they call me to the counter and tell me that I've already filled that prescription 6 times and I couldn't fill anymore of my medicine plus they were discarding the 40 pills I still had lefy of my prescriptionI'm not a pharmacist when I got to my sixth fill a pharmacist should have made me aware that they have a policy stating after your 6th fill your prescription is no good so you might want to try to get them all out before the 6th fill..I have to pay almost $300 to see my doctor every month and then I pay $300 to $400 every month for my medication.. so not only did I already pay for that medicine but my doctor couldn't rewrite the script so Walgreens cost me $300 plus several weeks of my medication and now I have none..I didn't go to school to be a pharmacy tech that is their job to notify customers of these situations, How am I supposed to know that?what Walgreens told me was yes you can fill it everyday partially they never mentioned anything about only 6 fills to one prescription.. recommend you take your business elsewhere and I don't blame the everyday worker but they should be versed in what they're doing if they work at a pharmacy... I blame management & the store as a whole for not training their employees

I am absolutely sick of this location. I work one full time and 2 part-time jobs. I switched my prescriptions to this Walgreens more than 2 years ago because they are open until 10pm and the one on Sumter closes at 8, which is where I switched from. So of course, I get off work and go to pick up my meds and there is a sign saying they closed at 6 due to staff shortage. That started 2 years ago. So I keep thinking they will hire someone and it will get better. Its still not better. Soo many times , I get out of work at 7pm and go by to pick my meds up and they are closed early again. Then days go by and they put my meds back on the shelf and tell my insurance company that I never picked them up. They don't even bother to give a reason anymore. Sunday is my only day off. I go there to get my meds and guess what? They decided to close for the entire Sunday. I am so freaking sick of them.

Don't bother to call if you need to refill a prescription... you will ONLY be told to order your refill online! My god, when did "customer service" employees become so lazy and inept that they can't enter a prescription refill number for a customer? I hope you don't need help because you have any sort of disability! Personally, I would recommend any other pharmacy with better customer service skills.

Consistently have to wait for my medication horrible staff if you don’t get the right pharmacist the tall one with the gray hair is terrible the shorter one is a little bit better but not by much. Have to week weeks for medication that is consistently and constantly not ordered properly please don’t go here find somewhere else!!!!!!

This pharmacy is the absolute worst and deserves zero stars. Not only do they never notify you when your prescription is ready but they also keep you waiting for what seems like forever when you're picking it up. I waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru and I was the only car and there was no other customers at the counter. She just left me there waiting and never returned. I tried calling and it's hard to get through. I had to come back the next day. How inconvenient and a total waste of time. The employees are rude and incompetent. I will definitely not be using this pharmacy anymore for my scripts. I highly suggest to go anywhere else but this place. They're horrible!!
