Really the money this company makes and your on hold for 18 minutes n27 seconds. Than they are giving you attitude when you ask a question. Glad it was a mistake on my DR. part because I use WalMart.

Worst Pharmacy in the area. Staff is overwhelmed and unable to fill prescriptions on time. Always an excuse, and forget trying to get them on the phone to find out what the problem is. You literally have to drive down here, stand in line and then deal with the embarrassment of arguing your case while several other customers tap their feet in the frustration line. I do NOT recommend you use this Walgreens.

Horrible service. It's always something with this place. Dr. Prescribed me a prescription. My insurance wouldn't cover it so walgreens refused to fill it. I was told they couldn't fill it . Even if I paid for it myself. So what do they do with someone that has no insurance. They override what my Dr. Ordered because the insurance wouldn't cover it. I've had multiple problems with them . Always their issue. Incompetent. Avoid walgreens.

They suck at this location. Long wait times while suffering -don't care. Messed up simple requested transfer causing even more delays no apologies or expedited fix. THEY SUCK!

Every time I try to save money here with coupons, promotions and deals the staff are really rude. Today was an extremely embarrassing experience between the customer behind me and cashier, in front of 2 of my kids. It's not my fault the place is understaffed and only 1 person checking anyone out. The economy sucks right now, and I have a large family. I have to do what I have to do but this is the only store that without fail makes me feel absolutely ashamed for needing to save money on hygene and other daily essentials so I can also feed my kids. There has only been 1 staff member who was ever kind to me here and haven't seen her in a few months. The one male tall dark haired manager on past visits and today male cashier I've never seen before have checked me out, usually a 7-10 minute process but today the embarassment had me in the parking lot holding back tears with trying to use coupons and my rewards and how I was treated in front of my kids.

The people in this Walgreens was very sweet. We stayed with some dear friends in North Port and it is a nice place!! Want to visit again!! Thank you, North Port Florida for your kindness!!????????

Been filling my RX for a year and half, I love in Venice and have had problems every month by this pharmacy.. today they called me and told me since I love in Venice I HAVE TO fill my RX IN VENICE. The pharmacist hung up on me very rude..

Just came from there said my prescription was ready of course it wasn't but that wasn't the problem the girl that gave me my prescription really has an attitude but bad one every time I go there she looks like she wants to punch somebody they need to evaluate their employees for their manners because she definitely has bad manners , she was very rude to me that really gets under my skin. She slammed the door shut to the drive-through I thought she was going to take it off it's hinges.

For people who need Covid test done prior their flight BE AWARE!!! My dad needed PCR Covid test done for his flight. For international airlines PCR test must be taken 24-72 hours prior your departure. His flight was on Monday so we scheduled one appointment on Friday and another one on a Saturday to make sure he gets his results by Monday. After taking a test on Friday, he been told that his results should be ready in 1-2 days. Online on their website for PCR test it says results are usually ready in 2-3 days. On Saturday he took another test at a different Walgreens location. Long story short, after more then 72 hours, he didn’t get his results for his flight and ended up paying almost $200 for taking a test at the airport. So glad he came early to the airport and had time to take this test and wait for results or he wouldn’t have been able to go. When I called Walgreens to tell them what happened I been told that they are not responsible for anything and just perform the test and Lab Corp does the rest. Of course Lab Corp will find an excuse not to be accountable for the delay and not providing results on time. I just want to raise awareness so people are aware!!! It was our fault that we relied on Walgreens and Lab Corp to do this test and hoping to get results on time. It was very frustrating and very stressful to go through all this mess. If you need this test done go somewhere else where they can provide you with your results on time!!!

I've read the reviews about the pharmacy. So now I know that it's not me. I had a terrible experience with a staff member in the pharmacy. The staff member couldn't of been more aloof.

Their passport picture taking equipment has not worked for a month! We came there twice and both times it did not work and they do not seem to care
