  Unfortunately you have to give 1 star, they deserve NO stars. The lady is absolutely horrible, her name is Karen, she has absolutely NO customer service knowledge. I needed a prescription that is time sensitive, as usual it was not in stock and I asked her if any other store would have it and she said probably not but she doesn't have the time to look. I called later in the day and she answered, I confronted her and she hung up on me. This store should be ashamed to call themselves a Pharmacy.

  Good luck getting your prescription filled and getting any customer service in letting you know what the status is or when it will be fillled. Absolutely terrible service for a pharmacy. This was regarding a prescription for pain I was trying to get filled for my son Seth after his surgery.👎👎👎

  By far the worst PHARMACY in northport. I’m a veteran and it felt predatory, at first they told me “we don’t deal with veterans a lot” and tried to get me to pay cash saying “we left three messages with the VA trying to get the numbers” but we’re they going to alert me of that while I’m in need of medication?? Of course not! The guy in the white coat straight up lied and told me he called and left a voicemail on my phone as well. Technology doesn’t just “oopsie” like that. Not how it works. Felt like I was being taken advantage of. Took over 3 hours for them to tell me nothing, I got it figured out in a 3 minute phone call. They claim “we couldn’t get ahold of anyone” but the Va insurance people told me multiple times that they call in the script AND give insurance info. How can a pharmacy possibly be so bad?

  Just moved to the area due to hurricane Milton relocating me. I loved my Walgreens in Seminole, FL, but the jury is still out on the customer service at this store.

  I usually don’t go thanks God to the pharmacy. But I went in three years probably 3-4 times to this location and 3 times they had issues either their system was broken and haven’t gotten my prescription or they were out of meds. Today I come up and the tech tells me that they just received my meds when my doctor putted in the order like 5 hr ago. I just told her that I’m always having some issues with this location the one in just mentioned. Then after that Parmacy tech was very very rude and gave bad attitude , then she tells me to come back in 15 min, I come back and she continues giving bad attitude to me.
  Had never been treated like this at pharmacy, very poor management and costumer service and rude techs.
  Not coming back to Walgreens.

  Silenia, the store employee, was terrible. She was rude and pulled my arm. This is not acceptable for a store employee.

  The pharmacy staff is rude and not at all helpful, called several times before I got someone to answer and when I asked why I was given an attitude! So unprofessional this is why I never like to use this store! A 1 star is to much of a review for them!

  This is my go to Pharmacy and convenience store! They are always helpful, and efficient. I feel very happy after shopping there, and my prescriptions are always on time! A+ as far as drugstores go!

  By far the most horrendous experience happened on this lovely Sun am. As I was watch my friend whom called days prior to make sure that they were going to have his medication be ready on sunday. Which they said they were. So he proceeds to call again this morning to make sure since we had this problem last time. Last time they had to split the medication they didn't have it all, so he had to get a small dose until the full order was in. He proceeds to get the medication the second full order pays the fee again. Ten dollar copay not once twice for the Full script. Hopefully your following me. So they then proceeded to tell him this am that the second pick up date was his"New Date" After getting asked" Why are you still on this medication anyways?" Listening to this little old lady our local pharmacist who has the pleasure of belittleling her patients such as my friend. . Obviously is miserable and has control issues. Who in their right mind thinks they can talk to patients like this. We all have our stuff but to be blasted when this medication helps him every day. It's a disgrace. Y'all should be ashamed of yourself. We Will be going elsewhere.
