Literally my favorite place in the entire world . My family has vacationed here every summer for the past 26 years (my whole life ). A piece of my heart will forever live here . But my experience may be a lot different than others seeing as when we stay here we’ve always stay in the pent house which is bigger than my actual home lol . Very fancy and luxurious.

I have been communicating with the hotel for 1 week, and I do not have a clear answer, I made a reservation for Saturday, September 28, 2024, when I arrived at the hotel it was completely destroyed by Hurricane Helene, but it is available on all platforms and they charge customers . I demand my refund since you cannot complete my reservation

It’s amazing it has everything you could ever want ( other than lunch but I don’t mind) I love it so much the pool is heated and there is a library which it my favorite place in the whole hotel

This place could use some renovation the room had a moldi smell to it , the decor was outdated,bath tub had rust , just used the room for a quick shower and left , great location if you are just passing through to watch sunset and go !

Let's just say....don't book it. Ran down , dirty hotel with moody management and NO PARKING!!!!! We stayed one night and shot out of there as soon as we could get into a different hotel in the area. Our room was musty and smelled like mold. Bathroom had a black ring around the tub and tub floor. We went to CVS and tried to clean it so we can shower and it didn't even help ..
... If you think I'm just being negative, I'm definitely not! Just trying to save someone else from a horrible experience

We really liked the pool area. There were plenty of chairs, all day long. The beach was an easy walk. There were plenty of beach chairs even though a handful looked broken. The grills are a nice touch if you don’t want to leave the property and cook for yourself. They also have kayaks and SUP boards which we used. The room seemed mostly clean, and plenty of room.
Parking is a pain, we had to park across the street. The hallway smelled so bad I am not sure what I was smelling. We had no shampoo and conditioner, no body gel. The shower wouldn’t drain properly. The mattress was so uncomfortable, but the bedding was soft and comfy. The pullout bed was the worst I have ever felt. We are locals and used the room to get ready for a party after spending time at the beach for the day. We ended up not staying the night and drove home after the party. I am not sure if we would stay here again.

Great little hidden gem, right on the gulf beach, cabanas, sail boat for the time share owners, bbq grills. Nice pool. The staff is fantastic, very friendly, Sean and Jaime and manager Sean great folks.
Reason for the 3 star review is the room's, they are way outdated, they are finally doing renovations but the kitchen is still old and everything feels sticky, not from dirt because the cleaning crew does a great job, it's from being old. Pool closes at 11 PM I believe but the kids leave all their floats and all other inflatables behind so in the morning it looks like a war zone. In any case. I highly recommend this place. Not fancy but a hidden little gem.

We loved this place! It's not super fancy or expensive, but it's right off of the beach and that's all we cared about. They offer free cabanas, beach towels and a small sail boat ride that you can sign up for at the front desk with Shaun. Shaun is a true gem and loves what he does. We honestly would come back next year just to see Shaun because he's that awesome! If you want to bum out on the beach, make sure you get up early to get your cabana! The only thing we did not like was the parking situation. I'm not sure if that's because we went during memorial day week or not, but most nights there was no parking in their lot. Some nights we got lucky and found parking on the street close by, but other nights we had to park very far away. Other than that, I recommend this place to anyone that doesn't care about fancy amenities and it's a great place to stay with kids.
