The owner Jeff was pleasant to deal with and courteous. The pricing is slightly less than what you would expect to pay at a regular mattress store. I was able to take my new mattress home in the box which was convenient. I’ve had it for over a week now, And I’m enjoying it very much. I would recommend mattress by appointment to anyone looking to save a few dollars on their next mattress.
