“Hi, I’d like to share some feedback regarding my experience with the manager, Carolyn, at the Costco location.
I recently decided to change my Executive Membership to a Gold Star Membership for my own personal reasons. When I spoke with Carolyn, she made comments implying that I was making a mistake by doing so and that I shouldn’t be making that choice. I didn’t appreciate how I felt about my personal decision regarding my membership.
Unfortunately, her overall attitude also came across as rude, dismissive, and unfriendly throughout the interaction. I was especially disappointed because she is a manager, and I expect a higher level of professionalism and courtesy from someone in that position.
I wanted to bring this to your attention because the interaction really rubbed me the wrong way, and I feel the experience could have been handled much more respectfully.
Overall, aside from this experience, I do like the store and think the overall setup is great. I use Costco’s gas almost every week, we really like the meat selection, and I’ve had a great experience with the tire center. The selection is good overall, although I do wish there were more newer or updated items. I’m a frequent Costco customer, which is why I felt it was important to share this feedback.”

“Amazing pharmacy. You’re not just a prescription- you’re a person. I’ve only been using them 6 months or so & they know my name when I walk in. There’s never a long line. They discount my prescriptions that are not covered by insurance. Offer compounding services. It’s so important to support our local pharmacies. The big chain pharmacies are in it for the money. We should all shop local.”

“Really friendly staff. The young gentleman who appears to be a manager of sorts with the light brown, wavy hair is always so helpful. I have seen him helping cashiers, cart pushers, carrying bags to cars, always smiling and friendly.
The store is clean and usually well stocked. I've come in a handful of times when items I needed were out of stock but that's just life. Great experience 9/10 times. Our favorite go to spot.”

“As a tourist, I had to check out the local Publix and I was seriously impressed! 🛒🌴 What an amazing selection of absolutely everything. The store was beautiful, clean, organized, and everything from the fresh produce to the prepared foods looked incredibly high quality. “I’ve had consistently great experiences at the CVS on Clark & Honore. The staff is always kind, professional, and genuinely helpful. Every time I go in, they treat me with respect and patience.
What I especially appreciate is how they handle medication stock issues. On the rare occasions when my prescription isn’t available, they don’t just shrug it off — they quickly take care of it and usually get it in right away. That reliability makes a huge difference and gives me real peace of mind.
It’s clear they care about their customers. I’m very grateful for the excellent service and highly recommend this location.”

“This is my main Cvs store. Shout out to Pharmacy staff and Ahmed - one of the Pharmacists. They are customer service oriented, in my experience, and are helpful. I do like Ahmed because he has a good sense of humor and I know that they’re always extremely busy, but he’s able to maintain Calm.
I want to give credit also to Ellen, who is one of the employees there, and works a lot behind the front cashier desk. She is super nice and helpful all the time. The store manager, don’t know his name, is always kind. I think the manager is Kyle if I’m not mistaken now.
This is the only Cvs I like to go to because everyone I encounter there has always been positive, customer service focused, and even though they’re busy, they treat you with respect.”

Pharm staff were well-informed about what I needed & what I was asking for.... and they were able to check/detail - while on the phone with me - what's available, what they can do, and the reasoning for everything. So organized. Everything was done in one phone call. A post-appointment follow-up phone call confirmed that everything went over ok. This is a huge relief - as I have been out of town. I could count on staff. The family member is caught up on important immunizations.”
