Coming from state of WA where we don’t have Publix, we were pleasantly surprised how GOOD it was. It’s so clean, people are so friendly, and the service is simply AMAZING!!! It’s our go to store for groceries while vacaying!!!

We had a chicken sandwich fantastic! Honestly, there are sandwiches are gigantic! Service was very friendly. The lady who made the sandwich above and beyond to make sure we had a good experience. They also have tables and benches outside for a quick bite if you wanna eat there.

The worst deli I think Publix has. They mess up my sub order three times now, and the guy tells me it’s my fault for not opening the sub and checking that is was made right. How about YOU GUYS checking and making sure it’s right.

I understand the “10 items or less” rule, but I genuinely didn’t realize I had gone over the limit until the clerk, Erin, pointed it out. Unfortunately, instead of kindly letting me know, she was very rude about it. She didn’t greet me, never smiled, and threw my items down the conveyor belt like she was upset I was even in her line. I usually shop at Publix because the staff is friendly and it’s close to my house—but this experience was disappointing. Erin could benefit from some additional customer service training.

One of the cleanest and most organized grocery store I’ve been in. The shelves were full and fronted. Very impressive. I’m from Maryland, so I can’t comment on prices.

No self-checkout and no open express lanes? What year is this? I don’t appreciate taking longer than 5 minutes to check out with 2 items. Why are you so far behind every other Publix? I’ll avoid this one.
Update. Why did I come back? Answer: By accident.

Gotta get self-checkout. What year is this? 2 lanes open and waiting for 10 minutes to check out because of the people ahead of me. This should not be happening anymore. At least open up a fast lane. Friday night c’mon.

I was ordering a birthday cake for my 4 year old who wanted race cars and a train. There was no “stock” cake for that so Dori, a cake decorator in the bakery, suggested I order the figures I wanted and bring them in to see what they could do. She was leaving for vacation the day before I needed the cake and as she is writing out the complicated requests from a toddler for another decorator to decipher, she said she was just going to make it right before she leaves so she knows that everything turns out great for his special cake ❤️. I picked it up today and it is perfect! I appreciate her amazing attention to detail and our experience. She helped light up my son’s face for his special day!
