Had Chris out to my home yesterday and he was terrific! Fixed my issue and also took the time to hook my Wi-Fi thermostat up to the internet so now I can control it on my phone. Very happy!

I just want to say thank you and tell you I’m very grateful for your technician who was able to fix things on the spot. I have eczema and the heat exacerbates nonstop itching all over my body with hives. What a horrible sensation I had to endure during the 3 days prior when I had to work 3 12-hour shifts and I could not have your visit. Also, I have always believed in you there and your expertise. Jim S had referred me long ago and told me how you kept his ac functioning well for many years. You kept the ac in my old house on Abalone working until I sold. I sold the house with it in good order and now you have revived the ac at my new house. Many thanks.

Listen, if you’re looking for a legit heating/air conditioning company and you’re in SWFL, your best bet is Superior HeatingCooling out of N. Venice. The company that installed the unit in my new house kept saying nothing was wrong until it was out of warranty then they said flat rate of $500 for a new motor. ?
I called several other companies and they told me the same price. I received a referral for Superior…they are fair and charge by the hour and it was a FRACTION of the others’ price! And the guys that come are very nice and not creepy at all lol.
I don’t know them personally, but I like to give credit where credit is due!

Had them for 10 years, always great but last time Lenny came, I asked him to change out the thermostat and he said "we don't do that". I called the office and you do do that and you sent someone out who replaced it, just odd that Lenny said you don't replace thermostats when you do?

New AC didn't heat or cool after being installed, they returned finally couple days later, still nothing, a electrician came and had to put temporary new wire. Job still not done, and 5 days after, still not hear.
