“The Edgewater Post Office is rather unusual. The employees are always friendly and actually seem happy. At most post office facilities, the employees are miserable. There usually isn't much of a line or wait. If there is a short wait, the clerks actually apologize for the wait. Other postal facilities could take some lessons from the Edgewater Post Office. James and the other clerks should be trainers for postal clerks at other facilities.”

“I moved to Oak Hill/Edgewater in 2000 and began using this Post Office. Then I moved away for a number of years.I moved back permanently in 2017 and began using this Post Office again. The employees here are delightful and very efficient. No other post office exists to my knowledge like this one and I have lived all over the country. Thank you for being!
