Very bad customer service. The late shift guy called me rude cause I put my items on the counter while he was talking to another customer who didn't have anything in his hand or was at the counter. Please work on this. This is the first bad review I ever did on Google.

I always have the best experience here. I will pass 3 711 s just to come to this one. Marie, Tyler, and Frank are great. But today I went in at about 5pm on a Wednesday. I went to the register and said hi to both the customer and cashier and he instantly told me I was being rude and if anyone knows me there, I'm always nice and saying hello to everyone in the store talking about how great this 711 is. I'm not rude at all. I asked him what his name was and he says and I quote " None of your damn business" then tells me I can tell the owner how rude I was and everytime I come in is drama. And I'm talking to myself here on out. I've never been treated so rudely in my life just from saying hello. Frank, please look back at your camera around 5 pm on 6 you'll see what I mean. I don't know if he was already in a bad mood or what but that's no excuse to be so rude to a customer. He was wearing a backwards hat and a lime green shit. I would like that to be addressed cause you just don't treat ppl that way. I always talk about how great this store is but now I'm going to have to say between the hrs cause if you go later, you'll get stuck with the tall guy that's very rude. If he hates his job so much, then do us all a favor and quit. We don't need his negative energy

Very Poor customer service at this store. You have a few employees there that are either drunks or drug addicts and when they have attitudes, they have no problem showing it and taking out on you

As we pulled up tonight to the 711 on Oakland and 6th my wife and I watched the little guy who works there take a hit off a glass pipe right in the parking lot and it definitely wasn’t weed, that place is crazy

Horrible experience. Every slurpee machine was not working, and despite 5 employees in the sore none of the sales signs were changed. Ended up paying triple the posted price because the sale ended and no one had taken down he sign.
