I arrived to this Autozone 20 minutes before closing because I need to change my battery, it was dead and I needed assistance. I trust that this company will help me with this issue, but no. This "manager" said that it was impossible for them to provide service because it was "too dark", even they had the part and all the tools for it. I've seen them providing service at any time, but He didn't give me any support and I had to call the town again because my car wasn't starting. Lazy and definitely not a place and a company to trust NEVER AGAIN. Horrible... 1701 E Commercial Blvd Oakland Park, FL 33334

Highly recommend! Stopped at Auto Zone a block up the street before Advance Auto Parts.First the Auto Zone debacle- need Freon for my old Jeep. I was sold the wrong Freon after associate looked it up. (We later realized) He also came out to my Jeep to show me where to add Freon. He was wrong. I asked him if I should turn car on and crank AC (which I read on the can) he said no. He stood there while I tried to put the Freon on the valve. We were both shocked it didn't fit. Asked if he knew what to sell me. That they likely carry Freon for my jeep liberty. A sassy girl came over and told me take it to an AC place. I requested my money back. Drove to Advanced Auto Parts. Nice associate greeted me immediately. Told him my experience at Auto Zone which he just shook his head. He looked up the right Freon. Then he grabbed a pump to test. Come to find out Auto Zone guy was putting Freon in wrong spot. (High AC part vs low ) went inside purchased what I needed. He watched me put it on the correct valve, told me start Jeep and crank up AC. Then showed me how to see how much was added. Boom done! AC works! Could not thank him enough for his help this Saturday on my red Jeep liberty! Do not go to Auto Zone! I never will again! Thank you my dude at Advance Auto parts East Commercial!

Absolute worst advanced auto I've ever visited in the last 20 years. When they understood that i was there for a warranty, Juan REFUSED to pull up my account , and REFUSED service. Worst experience I've had in any auto parts store.

I wish I could give less than 1 star for the associate from this store that just had me drive 15 miles to another location to buy a part that is not in stock. In fact, the manager at the store I drove all the way to, looked up the part and it's not in stock at ANY store.

Customer service was pretty impressive especially for this day and age. I can't remember the gentlemans name but he was super nice about replacing my windshield wipers even though there was a little rain falling at the time. I appreciate the gesture and service

Nice auto parts store with lots of stuff to choose from. I went in to get some air freshener for the car and they had a good selection of brands and prices. What I like about this store is that you can just browse at your leisure and you can take your time. Staff does not come to try to up-sell you anything. I guess most auto parts stores are the same, but I had an easy time shopping here. The company is an American automotive aftermarket parts provider. It is headquartered in Raleigh, North Carolina and it serves both professional installer and do it yourself (DIY) customers. Advance operates close to 5,000 stores in the United States and Canada. The company retails various brand name, original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and private label automotive replacement parts, accessories, batteries and maintenance items for domestic and imported cars, vans, sport utility vehicles and light and heavy duty trucks.Good selection !

I went in to get some wheel covers for a company vehicle and was quickly greeted. Didn't take long to find what I was looking for. There was no line. I was in and out. Good customer service.

Stopped in for their free battery test expecting to have to replace my battery. Service was excellent and fast. Tiffany is an asset to this location.
