It has been 2 years since the bathrooms at this location has been closed to the public. Why ar3 customers still not able to use the restrooms or is it only particular customers being granted use of the restrooms?Remember state law states restrooms should be in working condition and accessible to all customers.

A friendly, courteous and professional service. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. It was raining horribly outside my windshield wiper flew off. They were very understanding and helped me. I want to thank all the staff there because they were so nice to me.

Need to be a little bit more professional . Especially the dress code. The atmosphere should feel more car professional. Not so much street talk but other than that they did great. Just need more practice for professionalism

I bought two items. I asked for the veterans discount. I looked at the receipt. The discounted price is what is shown on the shelf tag. The list price is some mystery number. When I asked the guy he said the prices on the shelf tags were wrong. When I said I was going to post it on Google he followed me into the parking lot yelling at me to go ahead and post it on Google if that was the kind of man I was. How embarrassing for the brand. Rip off the old veteran and then scream at him in the parking lot. The guys name started with a J. Big guy. Made me feel threatened. Guess that's customer service at the store. As a side note. The person that rang up the order is not the person that screamed at me. It was two different people. I believe the name of the individual who chased me into the parking lot was named Jerrico.

I stopped by at 7:51pm on 6/1 to grab a couple quick items. The front door of the store was locked. Decided to check my phone and then someone came from inside the store yelling “he’s taking a picture - he’s taking a picture repeatedly. “. As if I was doing something wrong. I was not happy to be treated like this and should have just headed to Auto Zone. However, I did get my items and left before 8pm. Very strangely another customer arrived as I was leaving but that customer was let in and not harassed.

Where do l start? Let's start with the General Manager Melissa, she talks down to her employees infront of customers. Sits down most of the times l come to purchase parts she is hardly ever working. She trains her employees to disregard customers and allow them authority to be extremely disrespectful and not helpful when customers shop for parts and other items. She closes the store down often and puts a sign in the door that the computer are down. District Mngr please have her removed at once and her rude minions. Lorenzo has gotten allot better. Kita is appalling she does not do her job efficiently at all and has been in excessively rude over and over again. When you ask for a part or service and the store offers it they should give it. Kita refuses to assist customers and General Manager Melissa allows her to mistreat and verbally abuse dedicated Advanced customers. Corporate how much longer will you allow this behavior by a slime of a General Manager with no customer ethic at all. She is causing drastic revenue loss as she has been for sometime now. She has refused to serve customers for standing up to her when she verbally abused them along with some of her staff. As a 20 plus yr Advance Customer l will still shop there but remove Melissa and Kita from 2804 W Oakland Park Blvd, Oakland Park FL 33311 Store#9425.Myself and over 10 plus customers are requesting her immediate and effective termination along with Kita. Enough is enough of their verbal abuse and their lack or professionalism. The company is going down because of her and her bad management skills . Lorenzo can do a better job than her. If this is not dealt with we will all take our business elsewhere enough is enough l selected one star because there was no selection to select no stars. The staff has caused this .

Mel/Melissa was so helpful. From the time I walked in, she was attentive and responsive to my needs. She proposed options for cost savings and promptly assisted by providing the part needed to fix my sons car. Definitely recommend.

I stopped in a few minutes before closing time. I needed a battery charged. The one staff person was a guy working with another customer on some complicated order. I'm way past my youth (with two great grandsons) he called the other staff person from the back to come and complete the other customer's order so he could get my battery from my trunk for me. A gentleman and patient, to boot. I didn't mention the customer that came in after me demanding attention. He took my battery, asked my name and asked me to return tomorrow, put my battery on the counter and went to assist the last customer. The Young Man never missed a beat, nor became frazzled. Kudos to him.

Staff was entertaining for sure. I keep coming by at 7:50 pm and the doors are locked. They open it once they see me though. Can't really blame them. Only not getting the 5 stars because they seem to be out of the specific little thing I need every time.

this is store is the worst one in the area. Management is very poor, and manages the store like her/his own. if you can drive to another auto parts i would recommend it
