I have been a loyal customer of American National Bank for years , and I am consistently impressed with their excellent customer service. The staff members have always been friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive to my banking needs. I have been with this bank Since 1986. It was chosen because every other bank at that time would not open an account without a Florida Drivers license . Since I had just moved it was vital that banking was established first. Well they pulled thru and have been with them ever since. It is not the big national wide bank however all services are up to date or higher than other banks and much friendlier. Give them a try with any of their products and you will not be disappointed.

2 calls to 2 different people never called back. I called to inquire about opening a new account. The person transferred me to a woman’s voicemail. 2 weeks later no response. So I tried again. Transferred to a man’s voicemail. 2 weeks later and no response. These reviews here are old. Take your business elsewhere.UPDATE - After the reply to my review I called the branch manager Pam. I told her I could send a pic of my phone showing a call to the right number on July 1st. My phone didn’t go back enough to the first call. She couldn’t explain it but she did try to make it right. She was very helpful. I’m going to give them a second chance. I am changing my 1 star to 4 stars for now. I’ll post an update after banking with them for a while.
