I’m a long time customer and I do lots of cash advance I went into the store yesterday to have a hundred dollar bill changed and the lady knew me and said we don’t make change and I said to her I got this bill from here when I got a cash advance and she looked at me and walked away to another window after doing what she did I will never do business with Amscott again it was unprofessional for a customer that’s been there more than five years

This place has terrible customer service . I came in for a cash advance . The lady didn’t even greet me just ask me what I need . She deliberately went through and type my information up very slow, there was no sense of urgency. Then when a Haitian man of her race came in she had all the energy in the world and typed fast for him. Her name is CLAUDIA terrible customer service. She told me she needed my Acct and routing number I gave it to her and asked what else I needed because my phone was dying. She looked at me with an attitude and told me she will let me know when she need something else. 5 minutes later my phone died and she came to ask me did it die I said yes and she proceeded to whisper in the associates ear and left to take care of the Haitian man . that associate came to me asked do I have a charger . CLAUDIA at store 232 knew she was wrong so she wasn’t able to look me in the face .

Stay away from this amscot. Customer service is terrible. I thought amscot don't do credit check, but the overweight black girl told me I was denied because of my credit. Nasty attitude and overweight. Get some customer service training and go on a diet. Maybe you would be more friendly to customer.

This place took my money for a money order in exchange and then system went down and they couldn’t give me the money order. Long story short I actually had to call the police to get my money back because they wouldn’t give me my 200 dollars back or money order.
