He went above and beyond to ensure I got the best deal for my needs and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I left the store feeling confident about my new plan and devices. My aged iPhone quit working forcing me to do that upgrade I’d been putting off way too long. I geared up for traffic, long waits & mediocre customer service. Instead I found an ATT ideally located near my home and on my normal sprouts/aldi route, a quiet location and the manager Angelo & sales rep, Adam. Very quickly they helped me upgrade to a better phone including a .99/month iPad promotion, checked to make sure I had the best plan for me (I did), ensured my phone was properly working and talked to me about business plans for my growing business. Plus, my phone bill didn’t double as I anticipated. I got everything I needed and more. In the 4 states I’ve visited ATT stores, this was my best experience.

Let’s start with the basics Adam and Eduardo helped me pick a new device and set up AT&T Internet Air. Their customer service was phenomenal! They were both very personable and extremely knowledgeable, making me feel comfortable doing business with them. Their leader, Angelo, ensured we were well taken care of. I’ll definitely be recommending this location to my friends and family!
