“My 2013 Audi A5 Convertible roof was not closing properly in the back. One repair place in Hollywood said it was the main console switch. $1,000 later, it still wasn’t working. I was then told it required a new switch and harness which would be $1,700. I took it to another European repair shop in Fort Lauderdale for a second opinion, and they told me to take it directly to Ray at Broward Tops, which I did. In a matter of 15 minutes, Ray saved me an unnecessary $1,700 repair, and provided the diagnostic at no charge. The roof works, and I won’t have to eat boxed mac and cheese for the next six months to pay for it! Thank you, Ray! I’m definitely taking my car to Broward Tops for any type of roof issues going forward! 5-Star Customer Service!”
