“New Success Story - fuel vapor canister exploded in Suburban and went through entire system... Tommy battled this for a month changing/purging/blowing etc around my schedule and for the first time since DECEMBER, I was able to fill my vehicle with gas! Final push was dropping the fuel tank and discovered the debris jammed the vents and even the pump had issues. This was a crazy tough issue but happy and on the road... with a FULL tank again..Battled AC in my F150 through 3 shops! Tough electrical issue was the root cause. Tommy struggled as did all BUT found it! Even gave me my car back at night to drive and I’d return it in the AM to continue investigating… saved a rental cost. Could not ask for better service and bringing another more challenging one to him next… wish him luck!”

“I was in town visiting my boyfriend and on the way I popped a tired. Being in college on spring break I was not prepared to pay for a new tire. I stopped at another place in town and they were asking over $200 to replace the tire but I only needed something to get me back to Georgia. I called rite and Carlos was super polite over the phone and told me he would do his best for me. I pulled up and he was immediately ready to help. I told him the situation and he got me in and out for half the price with a great tire and made me, as a young girl, feel heard and respected the entire time. Carlos was extremely helpful the, wanted to make sure I was happy, and I he told me any time he can help, he will. I am now home safe thanks to Carlos and his shop. 10/10 such a good experience for something I really expected to ruin my day:)”

“I was rear ended by a city bus while at a complete stop letting pedestrians cross the road. The whole bed of my truck was twisted to the left and the damage was pretty significant. I brought the truck over to Clancy's Auto with the recommendation of Lipton Toyota. The 2 front desk ladies, Betty and her daughter are the absolute sweetest. They called me several times through out the process to give me updates and were always super helpful. The repair took about 1.5 months to complete. When the truck was finished, and I went to pick it up; I was amazed at how great the vehicle looked. You would never know by looking at the repair that a bus rear ended me.
