This place was a joke before COVID and it has only become worse. There's 8 ppl "working" on one customer.

This branch is extremely friendly and very helpful. They do their best to try and move people through as quickly as possible. You are made to feel like a valued customer which is certainly a new experience for me as I am all too used to lack luster employees who are rude. This experience was a breath of fresh air, I hope it stays.

This has to be the worst ever in banking experience. They won't follow the law and they misguide their customers. Even accuse, and provoke legal action to be taken against themselves. Be careful!

NEED TO WASTE 2 HOURS... ? ... ? . If your life is going well, great job, lookin' good, investments paying off buuuuut you feel the need for a completely dysfunctional experience... Then Banco de Amerika is THEE place for you. In classic dysfunctional style, these 'Masters of the Inane' scheduled two Monetary Transaction Engineers (Tellers) to handle the 60+ zaftig customers (one happened to be me). One of the Tellers could have had a hand in the writing of the Magna Carta. By the looks of her 3' thick glasses & continual shaking, I'd carbon date her well before 1920. But it goes both ways as many custoners had no idea what their account #s were, didn't have an ID, and clearly saw the banking expeeience to be as challenging as a 45 minute oral dissertation on socioeconomic trends to an Austrian Think Tank. I'm currentky nestled between a redneck who clearly never both into the concept of physical hygene and a Haitian woman who feels the need to have her cell phone speaker on as she appears to be in a heated argument with a family friend. So, in review, ifffff all is well in your life and you wanna get ahead on the upcoming crap that's coming in your future, Banko de Amerika is your go to place for a glimpse...

The employees are nice. I don't know whose decision it is, but EVERY FRIDAY there is only one teller window open. No drive through either. It is absolutely astonishing. Everyone in line is always upset and complaining because it really is that bad. I wish someone higher up would help provide relief for the sake of the customers, the employees, and the branch.
