I arrived for my 9 AM appointment as soon as the doors opened I was politely greeted and taken to my banker. Tanya was very thorough and patiently took the time explain all aspects of my account and set up the mobile app for me. The assistant manger who's name eludes me at the moment, quickly came over solved the technical issues. Very good staff on duty at this location.

I received such an Awesome service from Gene. He walked me and my husband thru every step of opening an account for the first time and went the extra mile to help us with all our questions and concerns.This guy should get a raise!!

Whenever you need customer service, the wait time exceeds 20 minutes.............every time. If BoA knows this, why doesn't it hire more people, or train the people that they have? And please don't blame COVID! BoA has been marginal for a long time!

Bank of America in Oakland park Blvd, Florida is worsen in giving services to clients. I went several times in many days to find someone to notarize two simple papers for me . They refused and said they were booked for today. I came back next day they did the same things again. I am a client since 2009 with bank. People are so lazy there. Event I waited after fee minutes they came to me and said they are too busy. I am not sure you guys can go and waste time over. Not recommended!

This is a convenient Bank of America located on Oakland Park just east of Dixie Highway, so it's convenient if you are in the Oakland Park and/or Wilton Manor vicinity.The drive through area is ample with three stations for drive thru banking and three drive thru 24-hour ATM machines, these ATMs have large screens and they are really easy to use.As you exit the drive through area, you are again on Oakland Park Boulevard and you can easily make a right to keep on going with your busy day !!

Childish attitude for my confusion on how their system works. Not helpful. Hard to trust this bank when they treat you like a burden. I was only trying to make a deposit.

Bank of America has some of the best but somewhat annoying ATMs. Very important since they have closed their drive thru at my locations and have minimal staff inside. The ATMs are great in that they dispense any denominations you want from 10s to 100s. Annoying in that it is virtually impossible to reach them without opening your car door and hanging outside your window. They seemed designed for people in pickup trucks or SUVs... way too high for mortals to reach from a car!! Also the exit lanes are narrow and bordered by low curbs-cut your turn a second too soon and these "invisible to the driver" curbs will cut your tires or scrape your rims-I have the yellow paint on my rims to prove it. These drive thrus were designed by someone who clearly never tried to drive thru one. So, the ATM is great but the drive thru experience is scary and tricky and totally unnecessarily difficult.

Omg, I deposited a check with a teller that didn’t get her way with me and she put a hold on my check for 2 weeks, another one when I called just transferred me where she wasn’t supposed to so she won’t have to deal with me, I’m so upset I want to close my account with bof, so unprofessional

It sad they don't have robots in this place for costumer service, probably robots figure out your problem faster, this people fixed everything by having you called someone else, to make phone calls I'll do it from my house, Bank of America from 1 to 10 I will give you zero 10 times
