Order was placed on December 26, 2023, they have charged my credit card on December 28, 2023, today is January 6, 2024, still haven't received my order, contacted them numerous times using the email system on their website, no response at all, they couldn't even explain to their customers why the order was delayed?

The best place to shop! The owner is soo friendly and always has the best of the best! The shop is very clean and fully stocked always. Reminds me of back home :) Out of all the British shops I’ve been in south Florida this is the best one!
