Buy direct. They will tell you they have a lifetime warranty but when you call them… they deny it and send you to a 1-800 number to deal with someone else.
I should have bought my Hunter Douglas blinds from an authorized company vs this lousy middleman.

Great staff. Only complaint is the mess of dust from drilling all over. Nothing was moved to prevent this from happening. Found 4 large screws in kitchen sink. Could have gone down disposal

Although I’m a tad late in writing this review, I have to highly recommend Budget Blinds. I have ordered window treatments twice from this business.. From the ease of making my first, and at a later date, a second purchase, right though to their prompt response to an unforseen repair and one replacement, I am more than pleased to give Budget Blinds this five star review overall. Easy of the personnel involved in the purchase, installation, and follow up contact were most pleasant and affable.

I had my sliding glass doors and windows done with Marci Macinnes at Budget Blinds. She was very kind and thorough with her presentation. I was actually going to back out and she came back for a second visit to assure me that the job would be done right because my measurements were a little complicated . Turns out it was better than expected. I'm not a person who writes reviews but I was so happy that it compelled me to do so. Thank you Marci and Bridget Blinds
