“I had an outstanding experience with XPS and especially with Danny. I purchased all of the materials from XPS for a 2,400 sq. ft. DIY full-broadcast epoxy/polyaspartic floor. This was my first time ever doing an epoxy floor, and the level of customer service and support I received was exceptional. Danny went above and beyond from start to finish. He gave me his personal cell number and was always available when I had questions—even after hours and on weekends. He even took the time to send me videos showing exactly what I needed to do. I had received quotes from other suppliers with considerably less material, and after completing the floor, I know I would have come up short. Danny made sure I had what I needed to do the job right. The XPS products performed great and the finished floor turned out excellent. Danny didn't just sell me the material and disappear after the sale—he was there throughout the entire project. I would absolutely buy from XPS again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, especially to anyone considering a DIY floor. Having someone as knowledgeable and helpful as Danny available throughout my first project was invaluable.”

“The other day I ran into some issues trying to find an alarm system that was compatible with my Ring system. Bre-Anne genuinely went above and beyond to help me. She attempted to get additional assistance, but unfortunately, no one was available. Even then, she continued doing everything she could to help me, and she even used AI to assist with finding the answer. I honestly would have never thought to use AI that way! After some time, she was eventually able to find the information I needed, which led to me making my purchase. Bre-Anne was by far one of the most patient, kind, and helpful employees I’ve encountered at Home Depot. I truly appreciate her willingness to take the time to help me instead of simply giving up like others. Excellent customer service!”
