The treatment they give you is horrible. I have never felt so badly treated in my life. It's horrible. I went to cash a check from work and they called the person who sent the check. Even though I showed my ID, which is valid for almost 10 years, they asked me for a document such as an additional credit account and I showed it and they still called the company to see if the check was mine. They treated me like I was a criminal. What a horror I will never go to that bank again.

I just went to this branch, I had an appointment at 9:30am and I got here 9:35am, someone assisted me and told me to take a seat and wait for Ramon Toro. When he came at 9:40 he said the appointment was canceled and he had already called the next person since they didn't have too many people working today and they had many appointments. I don't really understand how it is possible they made me to another location or reschedule it for 5 minutes. He just said they couldn't do it today. such a bad experience

Be very aware that the ATMs remotely located from the branch location hardly if ever work, although the green arrow signs will. Have you pulling in to that parking lot and wasting your time. Has been that way the past six months or so, not getting better

If I could give less than one star I would. Vinny at this branch was useless, by absolutely refusing to help in any way. I entered my AAA membership payment as 1620.00 when it should have been 162.00. Since I paid other bills, this wiped out my savings and left my checking -297.00. I called customer service in god knows what country and was hung up on twice. Vinny said Chase no longer has the money so they can’t help, I must go thru AAA. I worked in credit card banking for 20 years. You charge it back and issue a temporary credit until problem resolved. They refused any assistance. What more is that I have 20,000.00 in CD’s sitting in their bank. AAA said they don’t yet have the money and none of the “processors” will be back until Monday so they can’t do anything and likely will take 10 business days to resolve. So I am stuck.They sure got their money when my tax dollars bailed them out of the mortgage fraud crisis. I ask for help with 1458.00 and nothing.

Came to this branch to cash a ck am since I arrive the teller Alex was very helpful I forget my Card and he help me with the transaction! Cash my ck and give me change on the bills! Thanks Alex keep the good work!

Don't open an account here they hold your money hostage.. I can't ever get help with anything but they're more than will to drain your account dry.. I've been robbed multiple times now n they never help me.. it's always to bad so sad always changing rules n lie to you as often as possible..

This Chase branch at the corner of Dixie and Commercial has a large parking lot and a nice large footprint.As you walk in, there are two ATMs right in between the two sets of entry doors and when you walk into the lobby there are two other ATMs inside.There's a nice seating area for those who need to wait and when we were there there were 3 tellers helping customers, so the process did not take long.The lady helping out was very friendly and patient.
