The facility is modern and clean. The security devices, while numerous, always work properly. The staff is cordial and helpful.

I’m not sure how many storage units they have but they only have three carts. Tired of having to carry stuff to the unit because carts are in unit. Facility is nice but the cart to unit ratio is ridiculous. Don’t rent here unless you like carrying boxes.

Clean, safe and a great staff!! One time I didn't lock my unit properly and the staff caught it quickly as they do routine checks. They called me right away and helped me get a new lock on instantly. I am grateful for the diligence!

Good clean facility, good security, usually able to reach people when we needed help or information. I do wish there was a little bit more light inside the unit, or at least a power outlet we could use so we could bring our own lamp.

The facility is very clean and well lit. The people in the office are very nice and efficient. BUT....they raised my rent THREE TIMES in the two years I rented there. That's ridiculous. If you can afford that, then go there!
