I had a prescription filled on June the 17th and was charged $46.67 for it. I went to pick up the prescription on June 18 using a discount card and was rebilled for $18.84. I called several days later and told them that the first charge for $46.67 did not come off and they told me to give it 5 to 7 business days. After 12 business days, I called back and they told me I had to contact my bank to have it taken off.
At this point, I have to cancel my credit card for fraud and dispute the charge. It would’ve been so much easier had they just refunded my $46.67. I will not ever have another prescription filled at this pharmacy and will take my drugstore money elsewhere.

This pharmacy is not getting well taken care of I rather take extra mile to another pharmacy instead. Outside is dirty by the door the inside is dirty and everyone looks like they don’t want work there I don’t blame them the pharmacy is trash and management need to see they’re not taking care of the business. You shouldn’t have dirty front of your store and inside dirty and nothing on the shelves that’s ridiculous get it together now or soon be no more cvs.

I was trying to find out about a prescription that I ordered online 3 days ago. Your automated answering machine is geared to not let you speak to someone. Now you get a machine to leave a message. Whatever consulting company that gave you that idea is going to cost you millions of dollars. Because you're going to loose money and customers just like you're about to do now. It's the 3090 east Oakland Park Blvd store. The worst!

The service is bad at CVS pharmacy located at 3090 w oakland park blvd. After waiting 2 days the medications were not ready. Also the system sent out wrong notification that one of them could not be filled until 2022 and it's now 2024. I have not been to the Dr for over a year so that was strange. At the drive thru I was told to return 20 mins, because I asked the reason for the delay I was chased out of the drive thru.I felt so demeaned I had to request that I picked up the meds at another pharmacy location.

I recently opted to get text messages from CVS and suddenly this morning I got a text offering me $5 off any item. I immediately sent it to my card and decided to use the coupon on something that I usually don't splurge on. Got some really good shampoo, a brand that usually I would not purchase, but when the price is off $5, that was not a bad deal. This was a good CVS store with hard working staff placing stuff on the shelves and good inventory of items throughout the store. I opted for the self checkout register and after entering my phone number, and scanning my purchase, my offer came right up....I clicked on it and got my discount...easy...easy....

Every time I visit this location, I ALWAYS receive world-class customer service from both the Manager, Mr. Carl, and his Assistant Manager, Mr. Sketch. It truly is a pleasure to shop there and get all my questions answered honestly and quickly!!!!!
