I have used Fast Signs in Miami and never had an issue. Thought I would receive the same service in Fort Lauderdale, and not only have they failed to do their job properly but I just got off the phone with Sebastian who was full blown yelling at me. I engaged with them in February to create an outdoor sign and several window decals for a commercial space. They assured me that everything would be completed before May. They misspelled the decal on my window (I worked with Sylvi on this). They also lied to me for months saying they had submitted my sign for permitting (I worked with JP on this). They finally submitted the sign for permit and failed the inspection. It is July and I am still dealing with them. They don't keep you updated throughout the process. You have to call several times to find out what is happening. This is not how you treat a customer that spent over $13,000 in your company.
Update on review above: they came to fix the decal on my door. They corrected the word they had previously misspelled, and instead misspelled another word. The level of incompetency of everyone that works for this company is remarkable. You can't make this stuff up. Attaching picture.

The staff of FastSigns of Ft Lauderdale are very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. We have been using them since our church was founded in 2021. They have always provided us with excellent materials and service!

I recently worked with Fast signs and I must say the customer service that I was provided with is worth writing about. Elizabeth and Caroline both assisted me and they were swift with their responses and worked diligently to ensure the product was completed on time and I got a lot of complements on the banner that was produced.

Just like the name suggests, the job was completed fast. I was able to submit my design online and they worked with me to make sure it was the best quality. The dimensions were slightly off but maintenance was able to make it work.

I had some window vinyls I wanted to get done and had alreay the arts made. However, vistaprint would not print the size I wanted nor held the resolution of these window banners. I contacted Fast Signs after a google search and they sent Carolina Howe the same afternoon to get the measurement of the window. She was friendly, kind and professional, and made sure all my questions were answered. I sent her the art, they adjusted the resolution and printed them within 2 days.
I was astonished at the quality of the materials and the quality of the images. All in all, the experience with Fast Signs surpassed my expectations and I will certainly be calling them again for more art jobs than need printing soon.
