employees are very nice and they have a good selection of playstation, xbox, switch, and wii games. i would recommend this to anyone that wants a good experience when buying games

I got a steam deck online. Long story short the consoles “A” Button didn’t not work so I try to return it or replace it at this store. The Manger was so rude and disrespectful and then lied to me saying “ The only way I can return a steam deck would be by shipping it back.” That was a lie. Customer service sucks and store is completely empty. GO TO ANYOTHER GameStop.

This place is great! especially the manager Gabriel he not only helped me navigate their gamestop website to find a great deal on a game he also found the game in stock at his store and saved me time on delivery in fees the guy is a hero.

I tried buying a game called Red Dead Redemption and when I bought it the disk was in finger prints and had scratches on it and they refused to give me my money back, the worst shop ever

Won’t straighten my account out and now because I don’t have a receipt and they can’t show my purchases which I never got points for on my account they won’t honor an unopened return. How is my credit card not proof of purchase and reverse the money back on my card? Simple the manager Denise says “ it’s not proof” …..to steal says they must be going under. Can’t honor a return and lie about it. Credit card statement and app is proof enough . I strongly recommend going to a different company all together as this maybe common now a days at gamestops in general ?♂️
