Prices to high for used stuff plus the employees take all good stuff instead of putting on the floor

So, this is a review for the Goodwill Drop Off at Galt Ocean Mile. I didn't find a Yelp page for this location. Anyways, I've been donating here for many years now and the personnel are always nice and efficient and the inside is clean. It is only accepting donations, there is no store. They offer receipts. Today I left some clothes. Highly recommend using this service!:)

This is my very favorite Goodwill in Florida! The people are kind and helpful, the store is very clean and the stuff is fabulous! I always try to not be on a schedule when I come because I love to shop here!

Been coming here for years. The staff are always super friendly, and cashiers very nice. You never know what you’ll find and easy to drop off/donate things as well. I find brand new things many times as well and can’t beat getting lucky and finding items that are 50% off for color of the week! It’s a hit or miss sometimes but when it’s a hit, it’s a really good hit.

the one in Carrollton, Oh... they are more expensive than Target. I wouldn't recommend trying to find a bargain there. There is none.

Staff is wonderful . I just don't understand how they let people sit all over the furniture all day waiting for bins to come out . People who might be interested in the furniture are not going to want it with people sitting on it all day .

They are a little shady hiding the prices. They need to be investigated.

Broward and Miami Dade County Goodwill stores don't supply shopping bags so make sure to bring your own unless you want to buy one of the bags they sell at $1.49.The front check out never seems to have enough help with only one person as the cashier most times. I've never seen the lone cashier pick up a phone and call for help with a long line snaking behind her. Why would someone want to check out people for hours on end like it's an assembly line instead of calling for help from the management is beyond me.They stopped selling donated jewelry and only stock new stuff so don't go here looking to find vintage jewelry and they don't sell VHS movies so don't donate them here as I think they just throw them out. Call some other area thrift stores to see if they accept them as many do as not everyone has a dvd player and people do buy VHS tapes still. The prices are hard to figure out as there are not dollars or cents signs put on items such as glassware and dishes so sometimes you'll pick up an item that looks like it's 50 dollars but it's just the writing is bad so it really is only 5 dollars with a code behind it that looks like a 0 making it look like it's 50 dollars instead of 5 dollars. They usually mark prices with permanent marker right on the item so watch out because it often can't be removed if the ink has sunk into the glaze on pottery or if it's on a book, it won't come off. They need a larger sign in the books, dvd and lp records area to tell people what things cost as the sign they have or did have there is really small and hard to find so I'm sure they lose a lot of sales in that area because people don't know what things cost and skip on buying them.

I will never donate to Goodwill again. This is the third location I’ve come to and no one helps you get anything out of your car. I was donating mirrors, artwork, lots of clothing, purses, shoes it was getting ready to downpour, and I was just trying to unload my car fast under the overhang and the lady standing there has the nerve to tell me to bring it inside and walk in about 20 feet in and put it in a bin. I asked for help and she said no I said is there anyone else that can help me and she said no she just stood there like a vegetable and watched me unload the car while it’s raining. This is unacceptable. Our donations is what brings in revenue for Goodwill, and for them to have workers not even lift a finger to help you get things out of the car is ridiculous. I will never donate to this company again.

Yesenia, Manager is very insulting, i was at the register checking out, when I found out the item is defective, same time the manager was a good distance away when I asked the cashier to call her, the manager shouted out no discount, not even come and see what is the problem, that was really embarrassing .
