This place is a joke. I’m a very hard stick and they didn’t even have butterflies and the person who saw me had the biggest nails I ever seen in the medical field. I’m a phlebotomist and I haven’t experienced a place with such unprofessionalism in my entire life. Go somewhere else do not come to this place

Waited over 90 minutes to get a quick blood draw. I checked in at the kiosk as instructed. I periodically went to the window for an update. Each time was told - have a seat we will call you when we are ready. When someone finally actually helped me, it turned out my check in didn’t go through. They had me check in again and within 15 minutes I was out the door. All that waiting made me late for work. I did over hear a lady question if I had an appointment, which I did. And the other lady confirm I did but is unsure why my check in didn’t go through, but she knew I did cause she saw me the first time and I have been here for a hot minute. And at no point was there more then 10 people in the waiting people. I have seen busier locations handle things better. This experience was unbelievable! For me this is a location I will avoid!

Quality service! The staff at the location are thorough and very professional. I never had a bad experience at this location. They are great at what they do and will make your visit pleasant and memorable. It's the reason I keep going back to 830 E. Oakland Pk Blvd, Ft. Laud. Service with a welcoming smile!

Awful communicators. The “system is down” but they don’t tell you what that means for us. There’s just chaos in the waiting room. Just not a pleasant experience. Dirty, dingy waiting room.

Really disappointed with this place, did a urine test for a new employment, first they lost the urine and then found it. It caused a delay for my start date. It was pushed for a week later. Really needed to start this job in 10/28. Thank you lab Corp for this big disappointment

The machines to check you in don’t work. They wanted me to type in all the information even though I had a QR code sent from Lab Crop the night before. They opened at 7.00 AM and didn’t take the first patient back to 7.20. The staff is unfriendly and slow, but they accomplished their goal I’ll be going to Quest next time.

For Cheryl! Yes it was busy and there were a lot of people that did not have appointments. One of those days where not everyone comes to work and you have to work through lunch just to take care of others. What ever stress that comes along with getting your labs done and with waiting, Cheryl took that away. Kind, patient, hardworking and can tell that she cares. She needs a raise and a some extra days of vacation. Thank you Cheryl.

They took at least 4 or 5 vials of blood and my urine. Only one test was actually conducted. Got to do it all over again. Waste of time and money for all. Paid co-pay and so did my insurance company for doctor to review nothing. Get it together and get staff with a hint of personality and efficiency, especially at the front desk
