Maid To Perfection is a cleaning service that has received mixed reviews from its customers. While some customers have praised the company's professionalism, efficiency, and the quality of the cleaning services provided, others have expressed disappointment with the cleaning results and the lack of attention to detail. The company has been praised for its responsive customer service, with one customer noting that they were offered a refund after being unsatisfied with the cleaning. Another customer mentioned that the cleaners were professional, kind, and did not mind their dog being present during the cleaning. However, some customers have reported issues with the cleaning, such as the cleaner not cleaning certain areas as requested, leaving surfaces untouched, and not doing a thorough job overall. One customer mentioned that the cleaner did not bring any of their own cleaning supplies, which was a concern. Additionally, the company does not offer window cleaning services, which may be a limitation for some customers. Overall, Maid To Perfection seems to provide a mixed experience, with some customers being satisfied with the service and others expressing disappointment. The company's responsiveness to customer feedback and its willingness to offer refunds or discounts in case of dissatisfaction are positive aspects, but the inconsistency in the quality of cleaning services may be a concern for some customers.
Great service all around. They were able to accommodate the date/time I requested within a week notice. The cleaners that came were professional and kind. They didn't mind my dog lounging around. My house was cleaned very well.
